Given 84% while driving a Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 TDI (205/55 R16 V) on mostly town for 28 average miles
46,000 Km in Australian conditions, mostly city driving but some longer country trips. Rotated and balanced at regular intervals. Great tire. Definitely buying the same again. Peter

Given 91% while driving a Audi TT (225/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 17,000 spirited miles
These are a decent tire and were excellent on the TT im not sure how much the Quattro contributed to that but in the dry they were as good as you get. In the wet they held the road well and offered good aquaplane resistance. I absolutely loved the tread pattern and they wore well too.

Given 46% while driving a Peugeot 207 GT HDi (205/45 R17 V) on a combination of roads for 9,000 average miles
I've fitted these tires to the front of my Peugeot 207 GT Diesel twice.
I do well to get 8,000 to 9,000 miles out of them.
The grip is fine in wet or dry conditions but the cost is too high £130 plus per tire to replace them every year...I'll be trying a different brand soon..

Given 76% while driving a Toyota MK2 MR2 Turbo (225/45 R16 W) on mostly motorways for 10,000 average miles
One of the few choices in staggered 16 inch fitment. Good grip in the dry, not great in the wet. Had a few wheelspinny moments in a straight line trying to put the power down in wet conditions, previous GSD3's did not have a problem.

Overall grip was less than the GSD3's and are wearing quicker. Probably wont buy these again as they werent worth the price.

Given 77% while driving a Ford Focus (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 21,000 spirited miles
Came as standard on my new FOCUS TDCI running on R17s. Was advised by an employee of a tire garage that continentals were 'poor' on wear...dunno what he was thinking of, but I've got over 21,000 out of my SP2s so far, and am only now in the process of replacing the fronts (almost at the markers) while the backs still have plenty of life left.

Good tire, definetly will be putting on another set of these! Excellent grip in the dry, and decent enough grip in the wet. Good tire all round.

Given 57% while driving a Audi A6 Avant 2tdi (225/50 R17 W) on mostly motorways for 27,000 easy going miles
Very good in dry, far less confidence in wet which gets much worse with wear becoming prone to aquaplaning. Graded as a summer tire but lose grip quickly in cold weather and like many other summer tires useless on snowy surfaces. Became noisy with wear.

Given 70% while driving a Volkswagen Scirocco R 265 PS DSG (235/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 3,500 average miles
I bought a Scirocco R with 3500 on the clock and even with a mostly average driving style they seem to be wearing quite fast as I approach 7100 on the clock. They seem to aquaplane quite frequently in the wet but on the dry the handling is brilliant. Would recommend but cant help but feel there are better options out there.

Given 50% while driving a Chevrolet Cobalt SS Turbo (225/45 R18) on a combination of roads for 30,000 spirited miles
These tires came stock on my car, and serve decently in dry conditions. When the roads are wet, they lose the maority of their grip. They are reasonably confortable and quiet when taking into consideration the lower profile. I think there are much better options in the same price range if I were to replace them. These tires are not terrible, but again - there are better options for your money.

Given 71% while driving a Skoda Octavia (205/55 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 16,000 average miles
Fitted as original equipment on Skoda Octavia 11 Elegance and very good in dry and have lasted better than Bridgestone on previous Octavias - mileage now in excess of 16000 miles and still at 4 - 5 mm all round. However, leave the car at home when snow about - they are horrendous!

Given 61% while driving a Porsche Boxster 2.5 (225/45 R17) on mostly town for 10,000 spirited miles
Have a porsche boxster and the rear tires are bald after 8,000k. Very bad wear. excellent tire in dry conditions but slippy in wet and pointless in snow. i'll shop around instead of buying them again.

Given 83% while driving a Mercedes Benz CLS 320 (275/30 R19 W) on a combination of roads for 15,000 average miles
Excellent tire, excellent wet and dry grip. The tire suffered from road noise when new but was quieter after 3000 miles. The tire wear was good they lasted me 15k on a big car. I would recommend them highly.
