Had these put new all round my avensis. Tires kept losing air. Poor in wet conditions. Very noisy. My mate at work had the same tires on his honda. Had the same views. Cheap sh*t.

These are easily the worst tires ever bought by me over 37 yrs of motoring. They are like hard lumps of rubbish wrapped around your alloys...noisy, rough,out-of -shape pieces of horror. I put 2 new BCT S800 on the front wheels of my BMW 330ci , and regretted it from the first 10 klms. I had them re-balanced and checked, and balanced again, but rubbish is rubbish.

After perservering for 7 months / 12,000klms, I got them off and replaced them with Goodyears. Wish I had done it much earlier, or took on board the bad reviews before buying them , in the first place.Tires like these give tires a bad name, should be illegal to sell them outside China. You have been warned, put your money into quality rubber, and enjoy your driving experience.

I brought a set of four of these tires thinking they look good and have good performance figures c in wet and c on fuel performance, but and very very very big but these tires are dangerous because side splits and looses air and even main tread pattern splits across . My tires are under six months old and only done a max of 5000 miles. I am in the progress of trying to get my money back as they are so bad ! Please don't buy these tires as these will cause a crash and nobody wants to hurt someone.

Stay away, shockingly bad!!! Tried to avoid a collision infront of me and had no grip in the wet to stop me from joining the pile up... Was only traveling at 40mph with roughly 3 car space infront of me, still couldn't avoid the accident, tried to do an emergency lane change and just got understeer and slid in a straight line with the abs trying all that it can...!!! Premium tires from now on!!! Never another budget tire in my life no matter what the cost

Given 40% while driving a Volkswagen golf 2.0 gt tdi (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 0 average miles
DO NOT BUY THESE TYRES! I've always had premium tires for my Golf GT TDI 170 remapped with no issues. Got these tires fitted recently and I can't turn on a roundabout more than 20mph without the car veering off towards the path and pedestrians! I can't pull away without wheelspin and braking just slightly hard invokes my abs! Beware!

I read the reviews on how the tires weren't all too great but thought "most of the people that do these don't drive properly or know what they're talking about"

The one thing I have picked up on, is the noise.
The noise when you're doing over 90 is slightly worrying as it sounds like a bearing is on its way out, but touching at 140 on a "private road" It felt like the car was going to fall apart, but the feedback and feel of the tire was there, so that counts for something.

They're not as great from cold as a lot of other softer compound tires are, even with a 4wd system the fronts spin slightly when really pushing off a set of lights or accelerating from a slow corner(This doesn't worry me as I can drive properly). In the wet they were a little twitchy, but up to temperature and you can't complain, they're very grippy tires and stop well.
But I can't complain, they grip as well through corners and slow down as well or if not better than the Hankook Ventus V12 Evos I had on prior to these.

I've really put these tires to the test over the 2000 miles I've used them, I'm talking real thrashing down country lanes on the rev limiter, braking as late as possible and tearing down A-roads and motorways. The tread that has been used is hardly any, they were all 8.2mm when I bought them and now they're 7.8mm which is incredible seen as the Hankooks really lost the first 2mm of tread in less than 2500 miles.

My sons first car had these on the rear. He is still a learner and I'm glad he wasn't driving the car in the wet today, I was. At 30 mph on a round about the back end came flying round. Luckily as an experienced driver I keep control of the car. Tomorrow these tires are history. I wouldn't let a new driver loose with them. I care about my son.

After reading all the otter reviews rubbishing these tires, I felt i had to provide my opinion.
Have had these fitted to front of my 2.2d x type for some time and have had none of the issues raised here, wet and dry.
I would recommend and will certainly buy again

came already fitted, traction control activates in any conditions, they don't wear out because compound is too hard which equals no grip. The road noise is loud, £54 per tire my life is worth more than that will be changing them real soon.

Given 40% while driving a Ford Mondeo TDCI (205/55 R16) on a combination of roads for 5,500 average miles
Please please do not buy these tires. It would be quieter and more comfortable to drive on the rims! The tread seems to be made of Lego! They are horrendously noisy and sound like your car is falling apart and although Formula one tried 3 times they have been unable to balance them. There is horrific judder between 60 and 80mph. If these are your only choice either walk or get the bus!
