these tires are the worse "premium" tire I have ever experianced. they came as OE on my fabia vRS (I traded my old one in with nangkang winters on,on a warm day, and they are better in the wet than the dunlops!) I used maxxis Z1's on my old vRS, (and the nangkangs in winter) and will compaire this way...
the "feel" of the dunlops is good, they have sharp turn in, good feedback through the wheel, and are progressive at the limit...
the problem is the limit, the have about 40% of the dry weather grip of the maxxis tires, and about 50% of the wet weather grip of the maxxis, even worse, in the wet (although they cut deep water fine) the ultimate grip is even less than the nangkang winters on a WARM wet day, when the winters had just 3 mill of grip left...
appalling..... it ruins the car when pushing on, I have a track day comming up, where i will see how they react when properly punished, but I am sure they will be on ebay in Nov when I put winters back on, and I'll order some more maxxis Z1's that cost half as much, and are twice as good!
I REALLY wouldnt reccomend these dunlops unless all you drive is motorways.
