Very slippery on wet!!!Not to noisy only on braking.

Worst winter tires I've owned. It seems they were made of some hard rubber which made them practically wear resistant yet almost dangerous in snow conditions. I even skidded twice at low speed during winters from what I managed to recover once but the second one was completely unrecoverable. Otherwise they were decent during weak winters with lack of snow.

Very good tire for the money. Was bought together with vehicle in 2009.
I changed 2 sets of summer tires and these winter ones are still in very good condition. A bit noisier, and don't expect premium grip, however for moderate and a bit above moderate driving it will stick to the road quite ok.

Given 77% while driving a Opel Astra G (195/65 R15 T) on a combination of roads for 5,000 average miles
Pretty cheap and great for snow. Correct on dry, and potentially slippery on wet road.

I bought these tires to fit on my car lasr winter. They are really good at dry and snow, but terrible at moisty surface. The car is just out of control on mildly wet road. Previously i had a set of Tigar Winter1 and they were better.

This tire is very very bad!!!!!!!!!!! If its this bad im wondering how bad it will perform when the tires get worn. My advise search for a premium tire on the web and again search the best price. It will cost you a bit more but will give go a lot more safety and make you less nervious!!!!!!!!!

Given 87% while driving a Volkswagen Bora V5 (205/55 R16) on a combination of roads for 4,000 average miles
Seriously impressed with the performance of these last winter. Have just put them on again ready for the next cold snap. Was a little nervous about going for a 'less expensive' winter tire but they worked incredibly well. As good as the Wintrac (vredestein) I used previously at 40% less cost.
In the snow and ice the grip levels, particularly under braking really inspired confidence. In rain and dry condition you lose a little bit of initial bite as you can almost feel the treadblocks squidge but the grip levels and feedback are excellent.
Did about 4k miles on them from Dec to March and they are hardly worn which surprised me given the softer compound.

Have just ordered another set for wife's car.
