Given 47% while driving a Honda CIVIC 1.6 VTEC (205/40 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 5,000 average miles
Had these on the front after about 5000 miles the side walls started to crack on both tires and 1 developed a buldge with 5mm of tread left. Dry grip is very good sticks to the road when cornering. In the wet seems fairly good on the motorway (M1)no twiching. The problem is when going around a bend in the wet, one second you feel like they are gripping then they just let go and yours sideway's.! These are good when new but the more you progress the worse it gets. looking to change these for Pirelli Zero Nero or Yokohama S drive or Prada Spec 2

Given 77% while driving a Vauxhall Vectra SRI 1.9 (150) (215/50 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 12 spirited miles
I had a pair of N3000's fitted to my Vectra when I bought her, they had been fitted at the dealer, so were new. I had heard of them and did admire the tread design thinking it rather modern and appealing.
The tires performed well and only under extreme provocation let go, or aquaplaned, and on those occasions no tire made would have retained composure, so I have to give them a decent rating. As a tire for distance I found them soft and only squeezed 12,000 out them, however at the price I can live with this for an excellent tire and I was so impressed by Nexen, that I have gone back to the brand but for the premium performance N8000 which I have decided to run.
Nexen is a good brand and good tire and as good as some of the premium tires I have experience with.

Given 46% while driving a Ford 500 (245/30 R22) on mostly town for 95,000 easy going miles
I had these tires for less than 8000 miles and the sidewalls cracked on the outer side of the tires. The the interior side the sidewalls bubbled and I had two of the tires actually the sidewall gave way. lost pressure and the size of the holes are about the size of golf balls. Don't buy these tires because I'm wouldn't. They are nice at first but over time they degrade.I even applied gel tire conditioner/spray to keep the rubber moist and so the rubber can flex. This didn't work. I replaced my tires with nankang nsII and they actually are better with noise and durability. Don't buy these tires please. They are overpriced and nankang are cheaper but better. If you want to see pics check out on Car domain and shoot me a message Ford 500 #1 in the country executive edition.

Given 21% while driving a Toyota (215/35 R18 N) on mostly country roads for 3,000 average miles
I bought these tires for my car. After 5000 miles began to crack down the sides. They are the worst tires I purchased. Do not recommend them. Do not waste your money!!!

Given 89% while driving a Pontiac (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 20,000 spirited miles
Have these on my twin turbo GTO. Because of my hp (750whp) I go thru tires quickly depending on my driving habits. Replaced my Michelin pilot sports with these since on the street even my Mickey thompsons won't hook if I get on it hard till a little over 90mph. Tires have been wonderful on my car. Dry and wet traction is good as long as I drive normally. Just ordered another set last ones lasted about 20k miles. Fronts are still great but that's just my driving that's wears out the back much sooner. At speeds over 180 no issue. If you want the most performance out of a tire this isn't it. If you want a better than average tire these are a good compromise. I just swap my tires at the track :)

I will be updating this comment in the future but so far I put 350mi on these in 3 days(delivery driver & I had General Exclaims before these), I'm using NITROGEN air(nitrofill)this time not oxygen,Im not a tire expert but these give me a smooth ride, & feels like better gas mileage...couldn't ask for better! havent really driven in the rain yet, they're not as loud as some of the comments I've seen, seems fairly quiet to me compared to my last set, haven't gone crazy w/ the breaking but feels on-point,pick-up is beautiful, paid $505 after taxes at Walmart(who would have thought?)not including installation. for the look, price-n-quality I'd recommend them for almost any car w/ speed of under 160, the only thing that im not feeling about these is theres no Rim Protectors other then that Im one satisfied customer.....Till next time!

Given 77% while driving a MG MGTF (215/40 R16) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
Cant really comment on wear but these tires grip very, very well in the dry. They are a tad louder than old set but most V tread tires are the same.

Overall very good indeed.

Given 80% while driving a Nissan 300ZX (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 15,000 spirited miles
I have put a lot of abuse on these tires and I continue to be impressed with them, given the price I paid for them at the time. I got these when they were new on the market for 70usd a piece(now nearly double that), which for most tires... is the range you do not want, but these have proven themselves to be otherwise.

Street, dry, traction is impressive for what they are and the noise or squeal through corners... well honestly I have trouble getting them to make any noise below 50mph through a hard corner. Wheelspin is also impressive given the tread rating. I have put over 15k miles on them with -2 or more camber at all times and the tread is still above 60% despite being tracked multiple times and daily driven.

Street, wet, we all know that in wet that tires will lose a lot of traction... however these tires specifically give no indication of going past their limits and simply put, one minute you have traction and the next second you dont. If you take a corner too fast with these in the wet you WILL lose traction, on the front it will understeer, on the rear it will oversteer and if you have them on all four corners you will slide into the curb. These are not tires for going fast in the wet.

Street, snow, quite honestly.. I am VERY surprised at how well they grip in snow and ice given that they are a summer tire exclusively. Being said given their wet traction I would not push these tires, but you shouldnt have to worry about them losing traction IF you drive respectably.

Dragstrip, dry, traction is again like the street impressive despite the tread rating. They grip considerably well except on heavy 5k+ launches, wheelspin is minimal compared to other tires of the same range.

Circuit, dry, as above traction is decent and the noise through cornering is a lot lower than some other tires. They just refuse to squeal as much as some Pirellis I've used. You can feel when they are about to give on the track, compared to the street where you never really reach that breaking point; and as opposed to wet where it simply snaps off.

Overall, for the price the performance given is remarkable, not many tires in this pricerange can offer the same level of performance. Normally tires in this range make you feel like you're driving a TVR Tuscan with bald tires, which IS scary, these however do not feel like that at all. Well worth the money if you need a GOOD cheap tire.

Obviously these will not grip as much as Goodyear Eagle F1s, or Bridgestone Potenzas, but for what they are they are good tires.
