Shockingly bad in the wet. I have new 7 series xDrive. Tires were produced 8 weeks ago and fitted 2 weeks ago. Drove through roundabout at moderate speed in the rain, under steer (in xDrive!) and slides 1 meter almost crashing into another car on the round about. On the way back on motorway standard 70 mph, some rain and when chanting lanes back or the car lost grip twice (oversteer). Premium tires recommended as best for 7 series by BMW!!! Those are the worst tires I ever had and it costed me £1500 (rear tires wider and more expansive). Stay away from those.

Driving on a combination of roads for 10000 average miles
I had to write this review purely because of the most upvoted review here. That person admits they are bad on greasy wet roads but says simple solution. "Dont Race" that is without doubt the most ridiculous advice ive ever heard with regard to fixing a tires poor grip. So what happens if you need to swerve to avoid an animal or person or if you need to brake hard. I had these tires on my old bmw. They were on it when i bought it. As the other person said, in the dry they are a fine tire, absolutley nothing wrong with them and if you live somewhere that never sees rain then yes they are a decent option and decent value for money. I am from Ireland, where there are as many if not more wet days a year than dry. When it rains these tires are without doubt worse than anything ive ever experienced . Not bordering on dangerous they are actually lethal. How there is no standard that must be achieved for wet grip of a tire is beyond me. These are far far worse than full bald tires ive driven with on the wet. Please please dont think they will do . They wont. Pick any other tire that you are given an option of because these could cost you your life. Maybe that other person lives in a city where they never go above 50kph(30mph) i dont know and never experienced how truely dangerous these tires are. I changed them and got hankooks at the time and the car was transformed. Please please saty away from accelera phi. They are so dangerous in the wet

Absolutely shocking - I have had 7 of these tires now in 18 months - all punctured. As a result I will never by a BMW again - nor will I buy a run flat tire again.

Driving on mostly motorways for 52000 average miles
Have this on BMW 730d from April 2009 (I know somebody will classify me as mad). Run for app. 52000 miles, 95% on highways. App. speed 150 km/h (app 94 mph). We use this car rarely, but tires still with no breaks on sides like described in some reviews. Changed them for same new set bought through internet site. Will see how will they perform and last.
