Bought two of these fitted for £100. Bargain, I thought. Seemed OK in the dry, didn't really notice too much difference from the worn out Kumhos on the front. Although I didn't push the car that hard.
Had them on for a week and then it rained. The WORST tires I have ever had. Aquaplaned on the motorway every time they hit any standing water, cars behind me must have wondered why I was driving down the road at 45 degrees. Absolutely deadly. So scared I came off the motorway and found I really couldn't take any roundabout or side road turning without understeer no matter how rediculously slowly I went around.
DO NOT BUY, seriously in case you think I'm joking let me say that again, DO NOT BUY.
Swopped them a day later for Avons and gave the week old tires away to the local part worn shop. Lesson, buy quality in the first place.

I had fitted as part worn (7-8mm so virtually new) on a Mk 2 Mondeo (front). Were fine on dry roads but I noticed quite quickly that they would slip when pulling away if road was wet, which concerned me. So I swapped them with the back and put my 60% worn continentals on front. No problem at all then. The conti's were vastly superior but I am tying to make a balanced appraisal of the BCT - not a comparison between premium and budget brands. The BCT lasted 30k miles on rear, at which point the handling noticed they were down to 2mm. But I was not pushing the car hard. In short, I would go for a decent tire on a front but would consider these on the rear. I would not fit on the front by choice, but also suspect that you could find better tire for a little bit more money. I suppose that these are OK for what they are ....budget tires.

The worst tire I have ever had on a car. They do not inspire any confidence at all. they are very loud.
Grip is poor in the dry and non existent in the wet. Any damp at all on the road and the car just wants to go straight on. As a result you have to drive VERY slowly in the wet to keep the car on the road.
My car is a 68hp diesel and it spins wheels in second in the wet....
For the sake of your own safety and the safety of those around you, do not buy this tire.
