To develop the new R11, Bridgestone took the current Battlax Racing R10 as the benchmark and set its sights on enhancing the contact feel of the track as the tire performs. The R11 package is based on a new variable mono-spiral belt (V-MSB) construction in the front tire, which produces higher pressure on the contact patch and more cornering force. This is said to give the rider better grip and faster corner entry, with more contact feel, and therefore more confidence.
Tire review data from 1 tire reviews averaging 91% over 5 miles driven.
