Bridgestone Ecopia EP150 Reviews - Page 2

Given 47% while driving a Suzuki Swace (205/55 R16) on mostly country roads for 1,200 average miles
Unfortunately Suzuki fit this tire as Standard on the Suzuki Swace and it ruins what is otherwise an excellent car. It performs poorly in the wet, it doesn't deliver the fuel mileage that is expected and worse than anything it is extremely noisy.

Bridgestone Ecopia EP 150 is supposed to be a fuel save type tire. After changing from Continental TS860 winter tires, fuel economy did not change, or got slightly worse. Comfort is good, in dry conditions OK, mostly suitable for slow cruising. It does not support sporty driving, sluggish in bends, and awful on wet surface, slides in sharper bends.

Given 64% while driving a Honda BRV (195/60 R16) on a combination of roads for 33,554 spirited miles
Standard tire for my Honda BRV, Had good ability at Dry Road and standard ability in wet road, road feedback/ noise was below standard, and treadwear was quite well (lasted for 5 years/more than 33 thousands mile . with average price are high you can choose another comfort, cost saving tire from another competitor

Given 87% while driving a Nissan Note (185/65 R15) on mostly town for 20,000 average miles
Changed to this after using YokoAE50. Tires is super Low resistant and helped me save quite a lot of fuel. Wet and dry road conditions have no issue at all even at 100km/h Comfort and noise is good just slightly lower than my previous AE50. Overall this is a good tire that save fuel. Having been thru CC5, AE50 and now this I would rank it as the best among all 3. Have already clocked over 25K with not much wear and tire. Will buy Bridgestone again for my next tires.

Given 49% while driving a Suzuki Baleno (175/65 R15) on mostly town for 31,000 easy going miles
The tires came with my new Baleno 2018 in Poland. It was the original choice of Suzuki. Sadly rather cheaper one. I drove ca. 50 000 km on them. The pressure from the manual is 2,8 bar in front and 2,5 bar in rear in eco mode. That's for 1-2 person without a heavy luggage. I've changed the front tires with the rear ones after one cycle (April - October). In the end of March 2022 I have still 5mm thread on them. Considering the mileage it's quite good. However the sidewalls are very delicate an the tires are quite noisy. I have to repair one of the tires (nail). Quiet average tires for a cheap car as Baleno. For daily use they are ok but I would never consider buying them as new tires for my car.

Given 81% while driving a Suzuki Baleno (185/55 R16) on a combination of roads for 28,000 average miles
Came as standard on my car. Looking to replace them at 30,000 miles after a front to rear switch at around 20,000, so I would say wear rate acceptable. Found these tires to perform excellent in both wet and dry. The car has excellent fuel economy so, although I can't compare as not had any other tires on, I will presume them to be good in this respect.

Given 60% while driving a Suzuki Swace (205/55 R15) on mostly country roads for 1,000 miles
Original fitment on Suzuki Swace hybrid can't understand why Suzuki fit this tire it has a poor test record on rolling resistance I'm not getting the fuel mileage I should be it's rubbish in the wet and worst of all in a very quiet car it is such a noisy tire.

Given 59% while driving a Ford Fiesta (195/60 R15) on a combination of roads for 12,500 average miles
A really confortable and maleable tir, and good dinamically in the dry. However, the tire suffers from cracking, uneven wear and awful wet handling. I had a really, I mean really bad oversteer moment in the wet on a diesel fiesta, and it was very unpredictable to correct safely in order to not lose control into a barrier. Be very very cautious with these donuts in the wet, they can really surprise you. Not recommended.

Given 90% while driving a Suzuki Swift (185/55 R16) on mostly country roads for 8,000 miles
This has been an excellent tire so far, grip seems unfazed even in torrential rain and its coped admirably with ice and light snow although I was driving very carefully. I would want an all season tire but it's so uncommon in South Yorkshire it's harder to justify.

Given 79% while driving a Toyota Yaris (185/60 R15) on mostly town for 21,750 average miles
Excellent grip on dry roads even in cold weather like 7°C and more, and good grip in wet roads good braking distance as well, i'm only not impressed with how much they've lasted I only drove them for about 35 000km... But i'm not a calm driver, these tires are fairly good can't lie

Given 39% while driving a (185/60 R14 H) on a combination of roads for 12,000 easy going miles
When a tire has eco word in it, one would assume the tire will have low rolling resistance & lasted fairly well. But not for this tires, i have to put up with poor handling & low grip tires without the benefits of good fuel consumption & long lasting tires.
