Given 54% while driving a Volvo XC70 D5 (235/55 R17 V) on a combination of roads for 14,000 average miles
Mix of motorway and urban driving, no problem. Performed well on snowy roads. Disappointed with how long they lasted...only 14k miles.

Given 50% while driving a Land Rover Freelander 2 (215/75 R16 H) on a combination of roads for 14,000 easy going miles
These tires were fitted from new on my Freelander 2. They are suppose to be an all season tire. Very poor for snow & ice use. As previous posts have suggested. Very poor tread wear too. 14k from a full set, easy driving.#
A very average tire, for not average cash. Not suitable for winter use.
I have found far better budget tires for alot less cash.
Unfortunately in my size H or above rated tires (215/75 16), there's only two makes available. The conti's & another well known brand. I have now upgraded my alloys. Far better choice of tires.

Given 44% while driving a Nissan Rogue S (215/70 R16) on mostly motorways for 21,000 average miles
They have a nice ride and they are quiet HOWEVER, they have the worst ware of any tire I have ever see. I have a Nissan Rogue with 21000 miles on it and I need to replace them. It is not like I have a car that I can drive the tires off it, it is a small SUV. I have never had a set of tires ware out in 21000 miles. worst tire ware ever.

Given 33% while driving a Land Rover Freelander 2 (215/75 R16 H) on a combination of roads for 16,000 easy going miles
Very poor tread wear. 16k from 4 tires.
Very poor for winter use on snow, ice & off road.
Not good value for money.
I will not be buying these again.

Given 48% while driving a Mercedes Benz ML350 (265/55 R17) on mostly town for 12,000 average miles
These tires were installed on our used ML350 at purchase. The first winter with these tires seemed OK, but the second winter proved to be a disaster. After reading some of the reviews, this may be attributed to the poor wear that other posters are referring to. There were several big storms during the winter of 2012/2013, but having a 4-wheel drive vehicle was supposed make life easier. Stopping and starting was a continuous adventure as these tires provided absolutely no grip, even with trace amounts of snow on the roads. Given that they are horrible on snow, they wear quickly, I see no reason why anyone would ever consider buying them (or their next generation replacements). Stay away.

Given 56% while driving a Land Rover Freelander 2 (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 15,000 average miles
Like others driving a Freelander 2 we have found the main thing is the very poor wear, and, they are hopeless in any snow and off road. Please don't waste your money. Land Rover are obviously getting a good deal from Continental but should be putting Michelin's on a car at these prices. Doesn't send a good message to your customers Land Rover.

Given 63% while driving a Land Rover (215/25 R16) on mostly town for 16,000 easy going miles
Very good grip in wet and dry, and nice quiet drive, while it lasted!

Horrible mileage. I have a 2005 Freelander. Factory-fitted Michelins lasted 80,000km. These Conti contacts are worn down and it's barely 30,000 km!

If anything, my driving style actually got more gentle with a new baby in the family!

Given 54% while driving a Land Rover Discovery 3 (235/70 R17 H) on a combination of roads for 50,000 average miles
These tires are acceptable if you plan to stay on road or an occasional track in the summer. But venture off road in the mud or snow and they are a complete failure. Dont buy them.

Given 64% while driving a Land Rover Freelander 2 (235/65 R17 V) on mostly country roads for 22 spirited miles
Reasonable feedback but I expected more miles from the tires. Now I have about 2mm on the fronts and 3.5 rear so time for a change.
