I found these tire really good. I ran them on my BMW 528i for 15,000 miles, and during that period they lost around half of theor tread depth. I find that wear rate pretty good considering I drive fairly hard. Dry grip is excellent and they are very progressive. In the wet they grip is slightly behing most newer premium tires but considering the cost difference I find this acceptable.
They are quite and give a smooth ride, and grip in the snow is reasonable for a summer tire. I would certianly buy them again.

I've used low end budget tires for many years and after fitting a nice set of 17" alloys i decided to invest in some brand name tires. I've used Michelin's, Hankook's and Pirelli's in the past and these Falken ZE912's are by far better. I admit i do drive like a tit on country lanes and so far these tires have not let me down once. They stick to road in the dry exceptionally well and the wet is excellent too ( can get a little understeer if i'm over doing it but you really have be driving like a twat to get them to loose grip). I've only got a 1.8 8valve Laguna hatch but i can catch any hot hatch in the corners even some sports cars. Many have asked me what i've done to my car and all i tell them is decent tires and subtle suspension mods. I've had the tires on the car for over a year and they still have 5mm left on fronts and 6 mm on the rear... I was replacing bedget 14's twice a year so pound for pound these prove to be cheaper than budgets. I paid £65 per tire fitted for the Falkens were as i was paying around £40 per tire for the budgets, and the budget tires did not handle well lots of tire roll on corners and after 6months you couldnt tell what brand they were or what the size was due to the side walls being scrubbed clean. I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND THESE TYRES. I also have these fitted to my Laguna II sport tourer and they feel great in wet loads of feedback and they last exceptionally well. For the price you cant go wrong... look around for best deals, I got a set of 4 tires from Ebay for £216 and cost me £40 to have them fitted.

Replaced the original fit Hankooks with a set of Falken 165 60 14's on our Kia Picanto Red. The Hankooks lasted 17k miles (not bad) and were down to about 2 mm on the front and 3mm at the back. Falkens are noticeably quieter and provide a little more grip overall(I use the word little because the Hankooks were poor imo). Steering is a little lighter too with the Falkens. Braking efficiency not noticeably better or worse than the Hankooks though. Tires are wearing evenly thus far and after about 4.5k miles are not showing much wear either front or back. Tires are cheap for this car and range from about £30 a corner up to £75 or so. The Falkens at £45 a corner fitted are good value overall and I would buy them again.

Hate them. It feels like the car is floating, doesn't gives you a good feedback and they had very stiff.

These tires were pretty much universally praised on online forums but having used them for 16,000 miles I have my reservations.
I cannot criticize their grip, wet or dry they are rather difficult to unstick. However I do have a problem with their wear characteristics and their road manners. When I first used them, I noticed that the car was tram-lining more readily than on the old tires and the tires themselves were rapidly wearing into a saw tooth pattern which I haven't experienced with any other tire. I checked the tracking and the front toe was minus seven minutes from spec (not a lot but I duly corrected it). Even so the saw tooth patterns remained until I rotated the tires diagonally across the car. Tire pressures were regularly checked so were not the cause, which leads me onto my next criticism- Noise and comfort. On some surfaces these tires are much noisier than a premium tire, and the ride quality, too, is way behind that of the premium tires.
Finally, for me these tires were only 15% cheaper than Continentals. For these reasons I believe I'll be going for Continentals or Vredesteins next.

Had continentals sport contacts on my ford focus cc3 and they lasted 14k on the front and after doing research thought I'd try Falken. Well, I'm impressed, they too lasted 14k on the front and the back tires have more tread left than the contacts did having covered the same mileage.
So! I have just had fitted Falken 914 to the front and will let post a review after I've done double digit k's miles.
All in all, Falken match as good as the premium tires.

Nissan Note uses rather an odd tire size so not much to choose from. Original fit Continentals did 20,000 front and rear evenly worn. Decided to fit Falkens which appears to have been a big mistake. Only done 12,000 and will need replacing SOON! Wear fairly even back and front so no chance to swop over. Very, very disappointed with the Falkens. Looks like I'' be back to the Continentals with their limited wear.

Been 5 months and 5,000 km with these Falkens and they have performed well enough in both dry and wet conditions. I'm confident when driving with these tires on - no incidents or any kind of drama when taking sharp corners and during heavy rain. But then I drive within the speed limits and pay attention to the various warnings along the roads. Treadwear has been good so far and it's till some way off from the first indicator where the small round holes will turn square. Will update when I've put 10,000 km on these Falkens.

Do not buy Falken E912 tires, tread life suck. Pay more and buy Perellis P4 All Season low rolling resistance compound these will last and have good traction.

No point reviewing these untill i've done some serious miles so here I am. I've had these on for about 20,000 miles and the front tires now need replacing. Good amount of tread left in the rear ones so naturally I'll swap these around and bang two newbies on the back. My first impressions of the tire weren't great. I drive about 50 miles a day on a combination of B roads, A roads and motorway and noticed quite a bit of wear on the front tires over the first 300 miles or so. After this the wear rate seemed to settle down. Dry grip is very good (even now) and I found the performance in the wet to be acceptable given the cost of the tire. I can't honestly remember ever once bring disappointed when cornering and the only time my traction warning light has come on was when it snowed. During which time it performed as you'd expect a summer tire to perform in those conditions. If you like your tires quiet these are definitely not for you. There's significant noise at higher speed. I normally get over 50mpg on a 25 mile journey home including traffic delays, which is what I expect from the car. A bit under 50 on the way in (im in more of a rush). consumption is poor in the wet but you want tires to grip in those situations rather than save you money so I don't have any complaints from that side of things.
All in all for the price I paid I'm very happy to get the mileage that I have out of these. I've had slightly better tires in the past but I've also paid a hell of a lot more for the privilege.
I'm considering the ZE914 over the Goodyear Eagle F1 A2 but only as I feel I'll get better value for money rather than because they're better tires. Which they probably aren't but I'd wager that there's not much in it.

Iv'e been running sets of these now for 2-3 years and can honestly say they perform great in the dry. Good feedback to steering and you really feel confident in the corners. Wet grip is also impressive but be careful with tight corners and understeer!

Good wear to performance ratio with a change needed every 12 months. I do push them quiet hard and they have been faultless.
