I have these tires for 16000km. They are very good. The only question is about their wear.

Given 77% while driving a Ford KA 1.3 (165/65 R13) on mostly country roads for 8,000 easy going miles
bought for ?33 each
may fitters say its a buget brand but they wear and handle like a mid range
after 8-9 k miles they are less than half worn
owned by michelin but far better durability than kormoran and tigar

Had these fitted on a Ford KA for 9 months now (KAs are originally supplied with these when new) and cost ?33 each from an independant fitters. Must have done around 8-9k miles on them and they are less than half worn. Cant say much about the cornering etc as my partner is a very careful driver. I have had no problems with wet or dry grip when driving myself on the odd trip. Kleber are owned by Michelin. At the far budget end of the market you have Kormoran and Tigar which are Michelin owned. Some fitters would say Kleber are a budget aswell but several on-line tire companies are advertising these as mid range and I would certanly agree that this is a mid range performing tire at a budget price.
