Given 89% while driving a Ford MONDEO (225/50 R17) on a combination of roads for 22,000 spirited miles
I've had Bridge-stone tires and a couple of other better known brands and I found very little difference between these and the more expensive brands.

In all cases I only get between 30,000 and 40,000 kms from each tire. I drive on all types of roads including dirt roads with an average of 60,000 kms per annum. I cant believe how good these tires are for the price I pay so I would I want anything else?

I'm from Melbourne Australia

Given 64% while driving a Ford Fiesta ST (225/45 R17 R) on a combination of roads for 0 spirited miles
Had these on my Fiesta ST. for a comparable size and weighted car there ok, i personally wouldn't get them again, not because there are dangerous or skiddish but because for a few extra quid you could get yourself something a bit better.

Pros:

Had i not gotten a flat, these tires would of outlasted the car. the wear rate on these tires is realy quite good, pumped 60,000km. For the price the sidewalls have some decent progression. They look good and there fairly cheap.

Cons:
Noisy as all hell, though i had a worn out wheel bearing, ended up being the tires,
Wet traction in a FWD hatch is fairly horrid, understeers with no feedback, actually in the dry there's not a whole amount of feedback through the steering either.

Given 47% while driving a Honda Accord iVtec Type S saloon (205/55 R16) on mostly country roads for 30,000 average miles
I would have recommend this as an average tire yesterday. However, after today - I would say - do not buy this tire. I was driving on wet road, uphill right hand bend doing approx 30 mph. Lost comtrol at front end spun 180 degrees on the other side of the road. Thank God nothing was coming the other way. Thinking of replacing this tire right away!! Wet grip is terrible.

Given 84% while driving a Audi TT S (225/45 R18) on mostly town for 0 spirited miles
Got all 4 replaced on my Audi TT quattro sport 240BHP, cost me about £200 for them all.

Aesthetically - They look fantastic, tread pattern is great.

Performance is excellent for the price... Could never afford to pay £150 a tire... They grip the road really well... Can put my car into corners at 60/70MPH and they wont fail..

Will probably buy these again.

If people say these are a bad/dangerous tires..They must be seriously bad drivers :)

Given 37% while driving a Audi A8 (275/35 R20 W) on a combination of roads for 4,000 average miles
I have a set on my 2008 Audi A8 3.0tdi Q Sport having worn out a set of Dunlop Sport Maxx. Why did I buy a set of NS2s? Because at 275/35 20 they were less than half the price of a set of new Sport Maxx. Do I regret buying them? Yes I do.....they are so noisy at low to 50mph that I was beginning to think I had wheel bearing or transmission problems. But I have searched a few 'tire noise' threads on various forums, and the tires appear to be the culprit. I know the sheer size of these tires won't be helping, but crikey I wish I had paid the price and bought Sport Maxx again.....they were awesome on this car.
Sorry Nankang.....I won't be buying them again.

Given 66% while driving a Fiat 500 (185/55 R15) on a combination of roads for 10 spirited miles
£35/tire, full set was £140, found the grip to be better than the OEM Goodyears (£65/tire)!

Wet grip is good, but not excellent, after all, it's cheap. (better than previous Goodyear tires).

Wear is good.

It is very predictable. Above average.

Fuel economy suffered in comaprison to the eco Goodyears, but only by about 3%.

Definitely recommend them for any use.

Given 73% while driving a Chevrolet Cobalt SS Turbo (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 20,000 spirited miles
I don't know what expectations some people have from a Tire that is under $100 all i can say this is what you call bang for the buck.......
I had these on my Cobalt SS driving at 120km in pouring rain the tires blew me away the traction was on point, i didn't feel worried at all. And dry condition not that easy to spin out with these they grip, road noise is acceptable not the worse not the best......
Anyone looking for a low budget performance tire don't let any negative reviews here sway you from giving these tires a try you will not be disappointed.

Given 61% while driving a Nissan Micra (195/45 R15) on a combination of roads for 5,000 spirited miles
These things are actually pretty solid. Unlike a lot of Nankang tires which are death traps, these have all the characteristics of higher range tires (perfect example being the Toyo T1R - very similar), but not as good in each respective area. Grip is good, but not in the wet. Great feedback, good progressiveness, excellent wear due to the hard compound (but comfort is hampered by this). Would definitely pick these up if I'm ever on a budget. But honest - for a tenner a corner extra? Pick up Toyo T1Rs, unless you're looking for a long lasting tire.

Given 59% while driving a Mazda RX8 (225/45 R18) on a combination of roads for 10,000 spirited miles
Average tire, they hold up fine in the dry and im pretty confident with them. But my confidence is gone almost completely in the wet ive had surprise oversteer a few times not even at high speeds, last time was the biggest shock 30mph 2nd gear 50% throttle wide 90degree bend but 1'C temp outside. It seems they are considerably worse when the temperatures are low. wear is okay but difficult to judge as they get spun up quite alot, ive had them for approx 10k miles they're around half worn now but i rotate them at every service. I wont purchase again unless on a strict budget, i wouldn't recommend to the enthusiastic driver.
