Given 36% while driving a Honda Civic Type R (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 8,000 average miles
These tire's are the noisiest set I've ever had. I have two on the rear and they make a loud "whirring noise". I am cutting my losses and replacing them after 10 months use. AVOID.

excellent tires. 2009 Audi A4 20T saloon. plenty of grip. due to replace tires now, and will be putting these back on! Love them. great in snow, wet (live in scotland and plenty of rain), and good fun in the dry.

Given 66% while driving a Mercedes Benz E Class (225/55 R16) on mostly town for 6,000 average miles
I ended up with a set of these that were fitted to wheels I bought on ebay.

The set I have an M+S symbol on the outside tire wall indicating they are all weather or winter tires, not Summer tires as indicated in the description on this site, or others.

They seem fine to me and no noisier or less grip than any other all weather tire I've used. They do grip less than summer tires, which is to be expected.

Given 10% while driving a Mercedes Benz CLS 320 (205/55 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 7,000 easy going miles
These tires are extremely noisy under normal driving conditions, a problem I have never encountered with other tires before. The noise is similar to worn bearings and a distraction to driving. When normal braking they are even more noisy as you come to a stop. When I asked the Garage to check he took a look at the tires and said he had many customers with this problem after he had fitted a batch of these tires. I would definitely not buy these again.

Appalling bad tire. Worst I've ever come across. Swapped them for Michelin's and my car has been transformed. Don't buy the Runway's - in my view they are dangerous

Given 50% while driving a BMW 320D (245/40 R18 R) on mostly motorways for 60 average miles
Well..I thought not bad at first, reasonable grip but then after about 30mins I realised just what a racket they make, my smooth Beamer was now as bad with the road noise as sitting in my grans KIA!! Would not buy again, you know what they say "buy it cheap...buy it twice"

Given 40% while driving a Subaru Legacy GT B twin turbo (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 2,000 spirited miles
My 97 Subaru Legacy GT-B estate came with these (215 45 17).
They were manufactured in 2009 and hadn't led a very hard life despite which the tire between the tread blocks was covered in small splits of about 6-8mm.
This was on all four tires.
Having never driven a GT-B before this one I wasn't certain how it should behave but wasn't hugely impressed until I borrowed one on Avon ZZ3s.
I couldn't get the Runaways off quick enough.

just looked at reports and very shocked at what i have seen.talking about traction control coming on all the time, rubbish, slow down or turn off traction control as i do and drive the car,not let the car drive you,and maybe get driving lesson on a track and keep that sort of driving for a race track

Given 64% while driving a Subaru wrx turbo (225/45 R17 V) on a combination of roads for 8,000 spirited miles
Ive had these on my car for about 8k now and for a cheap tire they perform very well and wear is ok. yes they are a budget tire and obviously will be out performed buy some premium brands but for the price they are very good indeed and take soem provacation before letting go.
reading through some of the comments it is laughable do people really expect to a tire to grip when driven to the limit in winter with the icey condition and low ground/tire temps i think some of the people commenting need to adjust their driving style before they hurt themselves or someone else.
yes i would buy these tires againg and will be having a new set fitted shortly.

Given 74% while driving a Peugeot 406 (195/60 R16 H) on a combination of roads for 45,000 average miles
I run 2 cars both Peugeot 406's (1 an estate the other a saloon)not performance cars by any means but good work horses. The cars spend most of their time in Spain and the rest driving to and around the UK. I have just had 45000 miles out of the front tires on the saloon (the rear ones are hardly worn!) and am up to 43000 miles on the estate and the fronts are good for another 5 or 6000. I have never had any problems with grip in any conditions and they do not go out of shape in the heat and sun in Spain unlike Hankook or Dunlop that I have used before. Yes the ride is firmer and the noise level a little higher but over all I cannot fault them and as regards value for money (I paid £41 fitted for each tire) I can put up with the small negatives associated with these tires.
