A compromise but a good tire and very capable in any weather. I would recommend to anyone.

Good all rounder. I noticed a big difference in the snow compared to factory fitted tires. Sometimes a bit noisy depending on road surface. I'm replacing them with the same again though. 18000 miles on an all year tire isn't too bad.

Given 50% while driving a Toyota camry (215/60 R16 H) on mostly town for 50,000 average miles
Purchased 4 of these tires in mid-February of 2010 my car had 25,479 miles on it but was handling poorly. It is now end of July 2012 and I have been told my tread is down to 3/32 on one tire and the best tire has 5/32 on it and my current mileage is 55,777. Plus the tires were screeching (obnoxious) and I thought it was my brakes - but turned out to be tire noise. I would NOT recommend these tires if you expect them to last. I only have a 4 cyl car so you know I am not burning rubber on acceleration. Seriously disappointed in the wear and tear of these tires. Unhappy customer. On the bright side - they handled the road well but only for 2 years.

Great all season tires ideal when you live in a village surounded by hills and poorly gritted winter roads. Now snowy and muddy lanes can be tackled with confidence. Amazingly quiet and comfortable although getting a bit noisy as nearing 3mm tread after nearly 30k miles! About to replace with another set. Have also fitted 205/45/R17 set to my GF's MX5 and transformed its comfort and road holding although no opportunity to test in snow yet. About to replace with another set.

Excellent tire when new in snow and rainy conditions. Dry handling quite good as well. Have put 30,000 kilometres on these tires so far. BIG problem with tire noise once they breached the 20,000 km mark. So loud, I probably wouldn't purchase this brand again. Too bad as they were very good initially as an all round tire. The noise although is unbearable and yes they were rotated etc..properly and at regular intervals.

Exceptional wear rate on twisty rough roads in southern france.
On fast German autobahns they created high noise level but good progressive feel. Make sure to switch tires from front to back to get the good wear rate.

Just as good as my falken 192s in the summer and as good as my goodyear nordics in the snow plus wear is good. 20,000 kms an only 25 percent worn. But of course my toyota only weighs 2400 lbs which makes a difference in wear.

These tires are just as good as my falken 912s were in the summer and just as good as my goodyear snow tires were in the snow but they are all in one now. From now on im just going to buy all weather tires.

Given 96% while driving a Mitsubishi lancer (195/60 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 20,000 easy going miles
Had Quatrac 3's fitted to the front of my car just before the snow hit 2010, I do around 20,000 miles a year and they are still on the car with 4 - 5 mm tread remaining and expect them to see me through this winter too.
Most of my driving is mainly steady dual carriage and national speed limit roads, I do not thrash my cars but it gets the occasional blip !
Superb in the wet, muddy fields - no problem, amazing grip in the snow - just pull away almost like normal !
Not as hard wearing as some tires but I would rather wear out the tread of a tire rather than it last until the sidewalls start cracking up.
Overall an excellent tire and would buy them again without hesitation.

Bought these for my son who has just got his first car (2nd hand Punto) I put these onto the front as previous tires were shocking - what a difference! Went out last night in the rain and went round a roundabout at pace and not a deviation - total confidence in these....looking forward to the winter now!! Trust me buy these, I travel 25,000 miles a year and I know good tires. If your son or daughter has a car put these on!
