BMW 330d Tire Review Highlights

Writing about the Kelly Edge HP given 54% (225-45-17-)
Driving on mostly country roads for 30000 average miles
With the time it starts to really pull on uneven roads, vibrates, the water that is on the road when you hit it, it doesn’t cut the water to the side it throws the water straight on the windshield… Overall i am giving it 5/10 because of these reasons if it wasn't for these cons it would have been 9/10

After two seasons and around 10k km with moderate driving rear tires were left with 6mm.

had to buy these Momo tires because it was the only thing available at 3 AM. If you go easy on power on dry tar roads it's okay even at 190km/h
the moment you your a bit in a rush you crash. I'm pretty sure these will make good drift tires but only for a couple of turns
wet grip is horrible, in my automatic I just let the brake go just so it starts to turn so that the grim doesn't break.
on wet tar, I get wheel spin at 80km/h when I put my foot down.

I bought a pair of these to replace the old PS4S's that i had on the back of my remapped 430d RWD. So far they have been faultless with amazing grip in the wet and dry, whilst having great resistance to aquaplaning. The PS5 isn't quite as hardcore as the 4S they replaced but with that comes greater comfort and lower noise levels which suit a GT car more in my opinion. Plus I also think the wet and dry level are just as good if not better than the PS4S.

Comparably they have feedback like my older tires Toyo Proxes Sport from 2020. A lot quieter in lower speeds though and also ride comfort is better. Dry grip and braking distance is alright, I get lose tail in the wet on RWD E91 330D, which is alright too :D. Hope they keep feeling like that after few thousand miles.

These tires never feel overwhelmed - great in the wet, good in dry conditions and the occasional snow. Great feedback and precision (for a winter tire). Only on black ice the grip fades They are also silent and comfortable.

Writing about the Bridgestone Blizzak LM32 given 31% (225-50-17-H)
Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 spirited miles
These the worst tires I have ever used. How a brand positioned as a premium choice can discharge a product with almost zero grip in wet conditions is surprising. Adding the vague, almost non-existing steering feel and an intense humming noise as they started to wear. Scrapped them with plenty of tread left. Avoid!

Very noisy, almost no grip on wet road, especially after some wear, increased tramlining effect with these tires. Tires wear out after ~ 13-15 k miles.

BMW 330d. I'm using the tires since 2015 (late spring til late autum, than I change to winter tires). The tires are verry good, the road feel is great, the comfort is great and the grip is great. The rubber hardens when it start getting cold, arround 7-8 on celsius. I think they will be good for one more summer. So the usage will be about 4 years and about 25000-30000 km.
