There is a reason people call these ‘ditch finders’. They are unstable.
They came on a 740d I purchased because the previous owner had Champaign taste but lemonade pockets. They’ve immediately been swapped out for Goodyear Eagle F1 AS2

Second season on the tires. Just finished a longer driving session of 3500km. The tires continue to be sublime on our heavy car. Great stability, handling, roadfeel. In higher speeds the tires feel even better (like 140km/h and above). Also driving in rain feels very confident, even if a lot of water on the road. Comfort and noiselevels are good, despite the low profile. Very low tracking behaviour on less good roads even if front wheels are running 245/40/20.

The best tire Ive ever driven with. Prior to this I had PZero, and before that had various tires as GY EagleF1, Bridgestone. Low in wear, still as ”new” after 3500 miles. No tracking, excellent steering response, quiet, seems to be improving even in higher speeds. Fantastic handling, comfort, response from road in cruising speed of 170-180km/h. Very relying and assuring in speeds above 200km/h as well! Very good grip and steer-tracking in high speed curves at the motorway. Huge breaking potential from +200km/h down to like 80-90, feels like ”extra brakes” on the car vs the PZero I had before. First time in many many years I bought Michelins, now I consider upon ”never” switching...

Excellent winter tires for a BMW. Great grip in all conditions. In the snow they will provide excellent grip on fresh snow, slush and compacted snow. A little lively on very cold greasy surfaces but my 740d does have 313bhp so no surprise.
