Bought a BMW 8 Series as it was a car I always wanted and nowadays they are going for good prices.Doing all the usual stuff (test drive, good look round ,listen to the engine and for any unusual noises et al).Seller told me he had recently fitted new tires all round which to me was great as the sizes of tires on this car can be quite expensive.Obviously when you're test driving a car as powerful as this with the seller sitting next to you you're not going to push it too much. Anyway bought the car and in the following days decided to push it a bit on straights and bends and as a previous reviewer commented the back end gave a excited twitch when I went round a roundabout onto a slip road. Also when the roads are wet and I moved away from a junction (Gradually I have to say)the ASC light flickered on the dashboard suggesting grip was a problem.Bottom line is I binned all these tires and fitted Uniroyal Rainsports II which are a lot quieter road noise wise and give a good definite grip whether wet or dry road conditions.
Summing up don't buy crap like this because it can kill you.
