On a Corvette C6, so tire size shown is for the rears; also had 245/40R18 88Y on the front. They're the OEM tires, and I've just come to the end of my second set at 26K miles (so each set lasts about 13K miles). Dry grip is pretty good, but I've marked it down because dry traction is poor as the tires get worn - even 2nd gear launches (auto!) will light up the rears. In the wet, the grip and traction is poor...especially so in cool weather. I have driven in the snow on them, and it's not as bad as you'd think...although a lot of that is down to having and LSD and an autobox that will let you creep off in 3rd gear. They're fairly progressive, and the wear is reasonable for a high-performance tire. They're not too noisy, but the ride is harsh - I'm sure that's largely down to them being run-flats, but the second set seems worse than the first. I'd only buy them again if there was no option (and actually in Europe there aren't many options!). Based on reviews here, I'm about to fit a set of Pirelli PZero runflats so watch this space!
