Tires 215/50 R 17, subjectively pleasant, no feeling of insecurity on dry or water, in the corners beautifully hold even the heavy car (about 1800kg). On freshly fallen snow on icy roads still excellent handling feeling, but that's probably also due to the hydraulic power steering. I tend to drive more sedately now, but when I want to get silly, I can. I find them quite quiet, but it's just a feeling, I don't have a comparison with other tires, in short the noise from the wheels definitely doesn't bother me. Higher price for great quality. Certainly the best winter tires from Conti in the 20+ years I've been riding them.
