Maserati GranSport Tire Review Highlights

Writing about the Pirelli P ZERO ROSSO Asimmetrico given 91% (265-30-19-W)
Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 spirited miles
The PZero Rosso is an excellent tire, on both road and track days. Will break away if pushed very hard in very wet weather, but slowing down is more sensible. Have done road races to such as Monte Carlo down Route Napoleon at high speeds and the tire never lost grip. They will corner with assured grip and are really impressive when pushed hard in the dry. Wear rate is good for the quality of grip they give and I would not hesitate in using them on any car. At speeds over 160mph where permitted, they are very stable and behave well.

Used these tires on both my Maserati's gransport and a 4200, i dont compromise on brakes and tires , been through 3 sets of 4 with 35K miles and 6 trackdays , they are the best , ive had michelins and pirelli's and the vreds are definately the best by quite a margin

I have tried a number of tires on the Maserati and the Michelins appear the best.

Other brands like Dunlop really suffer from fishtailing and a lot of uncontroable oversteer.

The Pilot Sport 2's make a huge huge difference in the dry and the wet, the difference is just huge. You can have confidence with the Michelins that they arent about to just give up

These are really good tires but they're very expensive.
