These tires were fitted to a late model low kilometre SAAB I have just bought second hand. They are ordinary in the dry and terrible in the wet. Buying cheap poor quality tires is false economy.

I have recently fitted four on my Saab 9-5 SE. and the difference in driving quality is nothing short of, Expectional. I have to point out I was replacing four budget brand, two of Chinese origin, seven years old which had developed cracks between the treads, inspite of still with 5mm of tread on them. The front were of europeon origin, still with 4mm of tread(which I have saved)
I am based in North of Scotland and in past few weeks have been able to use them in wet, dry and frosty road surfaces, and so far I am very pleased and confident with handling; car and tires complimenting each other.
A foot note: I bought Saab at the start of this year and the non branded tires were fitted at the time of the purchase.

Excellent wear and good feel. fractionally better in the dry than in the wet and have managed two very cold and snowy winters in NE Scotland without being too scary.Just about to buy a second set. By comparison a pair of Nexens lasted 12000 on the front of the same car and were noisier with less grip.

I had these fitted for me at the MOT test. I would NOT put these on again!
In the dry they seem fine, and they are pretty quiet; however, in the wet [and we get a lot of that in Devon] they are verging on dangerous. The car moves around in ways I have never experienced before, and it is very disconcerting.
I had Rain Experts on before which wear quickly, but are damned good at holding on ~ I am not a sporty or fast driver, so bear that in mind. I had rain Sport 2's put on the back a few weeks ago, and I wish I had done the fronts at the same time!!

Apart from the appalling rate of wear these tires seem pretty good. Most of my miles are main A roads, but the two front tires have lasted less than 9 months. I am not a fast driver, but the car is heavy (Sabb 9-5 estate).
I will not be buying any more.

Just put these on my Saab 9-3 and am very impressed. They replaced Falken ZE912 which I thought were great but couldn't get another set so got these. These are quieter, more comfortable but have loads more grip. Wear looks good 1000 miles in but will report back later in life

I bought these as a standard replacement tire for my heavy road car, they endowed it with a suprising amount of grip in both wet and dry conditions, they were very progressive and were much quieter than my previous michelins. Wear was higher than expected and as such would put me off buying another set, but I guess thats the price for performance, which I wasnt fussed about on this car, wear rates are more important!
