Driving on mostly country roads for 6000 average miles
They ain't Michelins but at less than half the price these are pretty impressive. Quiet and comfortable if a little bit squidgy in the sidewalls leading to a slightly wooly feel, but they deliver good levels of predictable grip in all conditions I've tested them in. Recent snow in the north of Scotland gave me a chance to test this! For the money these are a pretty good punt and I'd buy them again. The budget manufacturers seem to be catching up with the big brands again (although there are some horrendous ones still about)
At a little over 6000 miles now they are showing little signs of wear too which is always a worry with the cheaper end of the market.

Excellent long wear rate is the only positive about this tire.

Negatives; Poor in wet conditions and aquaplanes dangerously.
Understeery.
Noisy tires on nearly every surface.
Long breaking distances.
Average handling.
Poor road feedback.

Would not buy as a replacement tire. Next will be Continental PC7 or Michelin PS4 or 5.

The price of the tire really was good and the snow reviews got me to get this tire due to living in the mountains. The snow traction actually turned out to be really good, including braking comparable to the Bridgestone Blizzak LM005 for which I ultimately changed to. The tire really shocked me on how bad it was on the wet, the understeer was really bad and never felt comfortable / safe driving in the wet. Dry handling and feedback was nothing great, the grip did let go pretty quickly on fast short bends. Wear was a plus side, did around 20K Kilometers and the tread depth was still good. Noise levels are normall for a winter tire and the comfort levels also pretty normal for a 55 aspect ratio tire.

They're ok - but the rolling resistance seems massive compared to other tires, and lateral stability and road noise are a problem.
Replaced them with Cross Climate+ for the winter and the difference in noise, economy and stability is distinctly noticeable.

Horrible tires. Wheel spin in wet. No grip on snow. Slid at 5mph. Should be banned in winter. Do not use. Dangerous. The difference when I changed tires to premium brand all season tires was night and day difference. Do not buy these. Truly the worst tires ever in 30ish years driving.

Came as OEM tires for VW Tiguan SUV. With less than 5000 km, punctured driving on bitumen by a bark chip on the edge of the tread - not even the sidewall. The rubber is very soft, presumably for high performance, but virtually no resistance to puncture, which in my view makes then unsuitable for an SUV.

I was recommended these Tires by various friends, I was very pleased with at first, good road holding on wet and dry roads, slightly noisy on motorways at high speed but acceptable, have now become very disapointed as have been advised they are near the legal limit, when I have only had them 18 months and done 15000 miles, would I buy them again, on that performance NO.

These tires are hideous. Had two put on after buying my car second hand to get it through an MOT. First time driving at more than 55mph I was convinced the rear diff or wheel bearings were shot. Had the car checked out and no one could find anything wrong. It was whilst speaking to one mechanic and he asked when did you get those tires fitted..BINGO! The wet weather performance is scary. These are just cheap, nasty copies of tires and in my opinion should not be sold.
Don't buy they are a waste of money.
