Dry grip and feel are much better than the Michelin City Grip. Those were terrible wooden feeling tires.
The Battlax are nice tires but the rears only last about 3000 miles on the Xmax 300. I’ve had one last 2600 actually which is less than a summer of ridding. Pretty annoying. I wish they would last about 4000 so I could just get one a year.

Driving on a combination of roads for 2000 spirited miles
Coming from stock dunlop scootsmart to Battlax SC is totally different experience. The scooter runs way smoother over the pavements. but the grip is where everything is totally different. its just insane how i can lean my scooter easily without any chatter or losing grip. it just sticks. been user of battlax for so long, i no longer think about any other tires for my scooter when i need to replace my tires. Unfortunately it seems the rear tires will go in no time. Typical battlax : everything is good except the price and its lifetime.
