190/65 15 Tire Review Highlights

Petlas Progreen PT525 rated 63% while driving a Hyundai elantra
Driving on mostly motorways for 37000 average miles
Currently at about 60,000km on these tires bought during Feb 2021. Observed slight cracks along sidewall. 2 of my tires not rotating straight during balancing. Mechanic feedback another tire seems to be slightly off shape. Didn't really really have the chance to stress test the tires but dry grip is ok. Wet grip was still alright but there was once I e-brake during a rainy day at about 60-70km/h, my car skidded. I think there are better tires out there there with better price. I don't recommend these tires.

Pirelli CINTURATO P7 rated 69% while driving a Toyota 2014
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 average miles
Too soft for Sri Lankan roads. A tire punch will make the tire to tear away. Happened to 2 tires within few months. The customer care is pathetic in Sri Lanka. They don’t care about a complaint. My advice is don’t buy Pirelli in Sri Lanka.

Avon ZT5 rated 75% while driving a Volkswagen Sharan 1.9TDi

Replaced Front tires on my VW Sharan 1996 with 195/65 R15 XL 95H load tires. I was looking for a set with the 95 Load rating vs the 91 rating. Overall the tires seem good, only replaced the fronts to start around 3 month ago, wear seems ok, done around 3000 miles. The ride is a bit nicer than when on the 91 tires but saying that the noise is slightly more, not sure if that normal or not. Mainly I was attracted to these by the price and Avon being a know brand. I am considering replacing the rears now and will probably opt for the same one.

Very good tire in dry and wet conditions. Grip in snow is superb, although on icespots could do better!
Great tire quality/price!
Would definately buy again!
Big difference with normal summer tires for sure!
