Pretty decent tire with the low price in mind, but grip in wet conditions is horrible. Even with only a damp road, neither the front or rear has any grip in my 530d.
I'll probably spend some more money and get a mid or high level tire next time.

I have these tires on a new set of alloys I bought to replace run flats on my BMW 3 series, and so far they are great, good feedback, comfort is brill after jarring RF's, done some fast roundabouts in damp/wet conditions and they seem fine, don't know about wear yet, but if that is reasonable will defo buy again!!!

Given 31% while driving a Ford MONDEO (235/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 12,500 average miles
Follow up review - persevered with them for just over 12 months in the vain hope they would improve when scrubbed in. 12,500 miles (20,000klm) and they are down to 2mm tread depth.

Dry performance is average, but seriously diabolical in the wet - can not go around a roundabout at anything over 25mph (40kph) without total loss of frontend traction – even at that speed it is hit or miss.

Again, might be fine on a RWD car where a judicous bit of right foot steering may get you around the corner, but are like playing Russian roulette on a heavy, torquey front wheel drive car in the wet.

I can not and will not recommend these tires.

Buget Tires- top performer- Austrailian bred
I would have these again. im still suprised just how well these have lasted and performed under extreme conditions and Im only now just replacing the fronts. Before this I using Toyo TR1's I have been for years until these buget ones came about and for the price £70 a corner I would have again. But being outside uk on small island I cant get them again right now. Iv driven these fast over the mountain course and perform grip well in dry obviously better. Wet conditions Iv had to back off at 70-80 bends as rear wil say hello. but respected limits for the tire of £70. Also motorway work these are most suited cruising- noise not apparent.
Toboo as would of managed a new pair again but respected tires need a review.
there isnt anything near these buget costs for the general mid range performer- since then Iv ordered Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 as these are newer version of the vgood F1's. looking forward to feeling and comparing the difference over the next season of mountain racing...

was asked to try these after always buying continental tires, I have to say cant fault them in any way at all, but I will say very quiet compaired with conti tire and seemed to be better in snow

Given 100% while driving a Audi TT (225/40 R18) on a combination of roads for 300 spirited miles
these tires are Fantastic value for money i took pirelli p7 off and i have to say there is less road noise and handling is superb i can not comment on wear but being half the price of pirelli and me finding no performance difference i would recommend these tires to anyone and with my remapped tt putting out 300+ bhp these tires perform well.

Given 90% while driving a Ford Focus 2.0 S TDCi (225/40 R18) on a combination of roads for 1,000 average miles
These are sold at budget tire price, so far they have given better grip in dry, wet and snow than the continentals sports that came on my car, and at a third of the price. Read the reviews and was sceptical due to the price about these tires... I found grip in all conditions to be excellent, less noise than premium brand that was on the car. When replacing tires I will buy again and recommend to anyone, can't comment on wear as not done enough miles

Very good tires for the summer, they grip quite well in the heat, not so well in the colder or wet months, but for the price they are some of the best tires I've used. So comfortable, I can ferry around my parents and friends and they all comment on how comfortable the ride is, the comfiest tires I've ever had, they do behave like they are a higher profile than they are, so not for the sports car or extremely high speeds, but do perform well as a good all round tire, with emphasis on comfort with their soft sidewalls and good dry grip. Very recommended I would recommend to everyone who doesn't drive like a maniac all the time who wants a comfortable town drive, will be buying again. Also did I mention the tread pattern is the same as Pirellis? So they have good aqua planing properties
