Just had these tires fitted yesterday and so far i really cant complain. I work in the motor trade and have done for years and our customer feedback on these tires have been really good and they say that they match, if not, better that premium brands out there for less cost.

Fuel efficiency ratings are better - Barums are rated 'C' and Continnentals are an 'F' or a 'G'

Db ratings is 71db (same as conti's)

All in all- im pretty impressed.

Had originally Goodyear excellence tires fitted. Can't complaint. Really good quiet tires. Lasted 36000 miles. When time has come to change tires I was recommended by a friend to try Barum ones. I was skeptical initially, however they are really not bad. I can't say that I can feel much of a difference in comparisson with Goodyear ones. These tires also quiet and grip is good enough both wet and dry for casual town and motorway driving. However, Barum has a big advantage - the price (almost twice cheaper than Goodyear). Would I by it again? Definitely.

Owned my Zafira for 5 years and had Continental 2's. Not impressed with noise or in snow, ice or wet. Last year changed over to Barum Bravuris 2's... Grips well on dry or wet roads, performed well on ice and snow and quieter than previous brand. Driving through inner city Manchester often have to break hard several times a day due to motorists just pulling out of junctions. Seem's shorter stopping distance now. Driving through recent snow on motorways gripped a treat. Now done 2000 mls on different roads and not much ware evident. Would I recommend them? Would I buy them again? OH YES! Especially buy one get one free from certain tire places.

bought & fit a pair of Barum Bravuris2 tires 4 weeks ago, unfortunately i can only assume the dry grip performance will be as good as the wet weather grip,{not seen any dry weather since} these tires replaced a pair of 'cheap' budget tires,on the front of my car, which were dreadful in the wet,& potentially unsafe when pushed to the limit when cornering,i chose the Barum's after much research, the main criteria being wet grip,& cost, i am well impressed with the Barum's, & has restored my confidence of being able to go round a corner.absolutely top marks to Barum

Why is every one saying these are unknown tires or unknown brand , manufactured by Continental in Europe

Due to needing new bushes on the rear of my Saab I was in the unenviable position of needing to buy 4 tires - I'd heard some positive noises about Barum and made some enquiries. I had some Dunlop Sport Maxx on the front which lasted 9000 miles and were noisy and when I priced up 4 Dunlops it was £480,I found 4 x Barums for £325! I did think long and hard about going to an unknown make and was a little apprehensive but they've been a revelation - Quiet, great in the wet, no squealing - ride as good as the Dunlops for £150 less. The Saab V6 is 275bhp through the front wheels and most premium tires last 10 - 12k so if they last that long I'll be happy. So far Ive been delighted for the first 700 miles, I'll report back as to wear. I've read a lot of reviews by so called experts and petrolheads and there is so much rubbish and oneupmanship talked about the premium brands. These Barums keep a 275 bhp Saab on the road in a very satisfactory manner - if I was tracking the car it may be different but I'm not its normal day to day driving - so by all means believe the hype - Me? I'll toddle back to Barum a happy bunny.

I've always avoided budget brands having had a bad experience on a set of Runways (terribly dangerous tire), but I opted for these after seeing the reviews on this site. I am not disappointed at all. Really good solid all round tire. Good feedback, quiet on my car and very good levels of grip. Great value for money.

Just fitted 4 x 245 45 18 tires on my Audi a6 3.0tdi Quattro. May change car in near future hence why went for a cheaper tire. Car is remapped to 286 bhp and although i,m no boy racer I like to put my foot down now and then.Just removed Pirrelli tires and set before were continental .
Read loads of tire reviews and made my mind up to go for these as through EBay deal was £394 for 4 !
Well am I surprised. They are so quiet although my old tires were well down but I don't remember them this quiet. One reviewer reported them as noisy and it nearly put me off but glad I risked it. I put some budget tires on a BMW 330 d last year and they drove me mad with the droning.
Early days but first impressions are very ,very good. Driven in wet today ,all well.
Not bothered if wear is an issue, don't know if it is, at this price.
Will update in a month or so when done 1000 miles

Happy as Larry.

I bought these due to the good reviews and I have to say, I'm very impressed thus far. First time with a 'budget' brand but compared to the previous Dunlop Sport Maxx tires I had, these are a revelation. I was interested to read that some people are finding these tires noisy (mainly Audi?) but on my car they're very much quieter than both the previous Dunlops and Pirelli P Zeros and have absolutely no trouble handling 245 Bhp through the rear wheels. I've also noticed that they are very 'tunable' by way of raising or lowering the pressures, but I personally prefer to keep them at the recommended minimum. These tires have changed my view about cheaper tires and I'd definitely buy them again.

Given 79% while driving a Audi A6 Avant S Line Le Mans Quattro 3.0TDi (255/35 R19) on a combination of roads for 22,000 average miles
Great tires at a reasonable price. Less tramlining than original P zero's and less than half the price. Only complaint is noise, it gets progressively worse and at 22k miles with 3mm tread left was too much to put up with. Having said that the p zero's were pretty noisy and worn out at 15k miles.
