Bridgestone Turanza T005 Reviews - Page 8

Given 73% while driving a Toyota Corolla E140 (205/55 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 500 average miles
I drove my car about 700km with combination roads (asphalt, pave, also little bit dirt road). FYI, my Turanza series is T005A which is made in Indonesia. I felt quieter than my previous tire (Ecopia EP150), also greater handling too. In wet road condition, i feel there is no big differences. So far, I'm satisfied with my new tires and I'm enjoying it to drive more far! But, this tire has the highest price in my country in it's class. Also, this tire get dirty easily on it's sidewall especially if you drive it on the dirt road.

Given 96% while driving a Opel Astra K 1.6 CDTI (225/45 R17 W) on for 0 miles
I do lots of kilometers per month to go work, 100 per day, mostly highway. My previous tires were Goodyear's efficientgrip performance on the front (arond 30k km wear) and michelin primacy 3 stock tires on the back (70k km wear). I have to say I noticed the car runs smoothier than before, and also less noisy. Good overall grip, and hope it lasts as long as goodyears. Very happy with the tire, seems to be a very good all-around tire. My sensations are better with these Bridgestone's than the previous Michelin and Goodyear's.

Given 87% while driving a Mercedes Benz E Class AMG (265/35 R18) on mostly town for 15,000 average miles
I put a full set on my e class estate as it was on budget tires when I bought it, they transformed the ride and handling (why do folk put cheap tires on premium cars?). the ride is quite firm on the AMG spec but the tires do not `give in` when cornering etc. Due for a set of rears soon and they WILL be Turanza T005`s again for peace of mind when driving in the dry or heavy rain.

Given 90% while driving a Ford Fiesta mk7 (195/50 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 0 spirited miles
I searched for the tires of 195/50R15 size and found these have 3.9/5 rate...how is it possible for the best tires in that size? 84% rather shouldn't yield 3.9...

Given 94% while driving a Mercedes Benz B150 (205/60 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 16,500 average miles
Second year. 21000km and same performance as the day one. I've never was loyal to big brands and ever made decisions after research. These tires are going to make me a Brigestone loyal customer. Predictable, safe, comfortabe and real fuel save tires. I recommend it for calm touring drve.

Ford (215/50 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 32,000 spirited miles
Done 32k Miles on my Ford Focus on the front tires for 80% of its life. Majority Motorway driving but with a good amount of local/london driving. Over the last 2 years they have saved me in the very wet and dry. They will help stop a car when you need to stop, if that's a cat running into the road at 20 mph or motorway just stops and your doing 70 to 0.

Given 75% while driving a Toyota Yaris (185/60 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 5,200 average miles
A very good tire at a very fair price. A bit noisy, but very safe compared to what I was used to. On the wet road, I could really feel more confidence. Handles really well on dry or wet. Would buy again.

Given 63% while driving a Citroën C4 (205/55 R16 V) on mostly motorways for 22 easy going miles
I drive them for 37.000 kilometers on a Citroen C4 HDi with 66kW power . Before them I had Michelin Energy saver (came from factory) for 40.000 Km , Michelin Primacy 3 for 35.000Km and Michelin Crossclimate+ for 26.000Km . My driving style is easy going and I'm moving from Athens (Hellas) to Korinthos via national road with a speed range up to 120Km/h . 90% of driving is at national road and 10% at city .The tire is very good on dry road and also good on wet . I would be very satisfied with this tire IF it was not very noisy and this is the only reason for not buying it ...

Given 88% while driving a Mazda 3 Series (215/45 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 870 spirited miles
First off, my brand new Mazda 3 2019 came with Turanza 005a (after research I found out that these tires are made for Singapore). The grip on these is absoluteley mindblowing. I tried disrupting the grip level at normal speed by entering corners and then pulling inside the corner to create discomfort in grip. Nothing happened. They remained glued to road. I cannot give any details on wear, as I'm currently 1400km in. The tires came brand new on the car. Will definitely buy them again, and again.

Given 81% while driving a Honda Civic 1.8 VTEC Sport (225/45 R17 V) on mostly country roads for 1,000 average miles
Wet & dry grip good cant really comment re. long term wear only on car past 6 months seems to be very limited wear so far. Had Potenza S001 previously got 40k miles wanted softer tire hoping for possibly softer ride. Turanza a touring tire ride on car improved slightly on poorer road surfaces here west of ireland.
