Ford
(205/55 R16) on
mostly town
for 12
spirited miles
Fitted mid 2011, removed Nov 2012. (all round)
Covered around 11,700+ miles.
Great warm weather grip.
Very good handling when road is wet.
Cold down to -4.7oC did not seem to affect grip (dry road). Still drove fairly spirited.
Seemed to coup well with muddy roads.
Mondeo had new DMF in 2012, subframe removed and reattached.
This caused the tracking to be mis-aligned for aprox 1 week.
Grip did not seem to demish while tracking was out, although the ride was rougher.
Tracking re-aligned and all seemed well.
Grip began to demish in the wet once the tire tread depth, fell below 2.1mm
Tire finally removed at 1.8mm
Now have Bridgestone Turanza ER300, ftted all round.
Grip not as good as the Dunlop SP tire, but MPG is up.
