Honda Jazz Tire Review Highlights

Writing about the Bridgestone Potenza Adrenalin RE004 given 79% (195-55-15-)
Driving on a combination of roads for 18600 average miles
I am a driver who occasionally drives aggressively on city roads, and I was pleasantly surprised by the response it gave me. The performance on dry roads was outstanding, and I could confidently push the limits of every curve on mountain roads. The performance on rainy days/wet roads was also acceptable, and it was not easy to slip. The tires I used before were BFGoodrich's Advantage Touring 185/60/15, and the difference between the two is really huge! Anyway, in this price range, the RE004 is really a very clear choice

Driving on a combination of roads for 38000 average miles
Extremely well performing tire in all conditions, if you don't push it too hard (especially when the temperatures are in the 30s). They're a very good fit for my Hybrid Jazz, that I drive in Swiss weather all year long; lots of wet and cold don't make the tires feel unsafe in any circumstance; even snow performance is acceptable. The noise levels are also quite good, and the wear is surprisingly low without much of an ageing effect of the rubber. I am now at 38000 miles and there is still quite a lot of tread available. Considering the price of this tire is at least 30% lower than the premium brands (Bridgestone, Michelin...) and that for my car Pirelli and Continental are not available, I am finding it very hard to buy another tire for my car! Exceptional tire for the price.

Driving on mostly country roads for 1000 average miles
This is only one month usage. 100-120 km/h mild corner handling awesome(dry way). I took corner safe, but other cars struggled. Steering wheel abruptly turning left to right and right to left beetwen vehicles was safe (120-140 km/h and dry way).

Comfort of tire is perfect.

Noise of tire is little.

I have not tried under wet way. But ı will write

Driving on mostly town for 0 spirited miles
I have bought a Dunlop LM705W 185/55/r15 86V tire. I used tihs only one week. I should have bought a comfort tire. There were only two alternatives. Kumho HS52 and Dunlop LM705W. Kumho might better chouise for grip. Kumho was lower price also. But I chose comfort. Dry grip is good but I felt slide wet road in corner 70-80 km/h little bit. This might be wrong review for only one week. My old tire Dunlop FM800 handling was better than this. But comfort of this tire is perfect. Road noise is minimum.

I used this tire 75.000 km, nearly 8 year and all season, on all ground type (mostly in city). But cracked started on tire. I should change a new one.

Driving on a combination of roads for 800 spirited miles
Bought these used for cheap, expected nothing much but got an amazing tire.
Put these on my 2009 Honda Jazz Mugen (lowered, stiffer suspension, larger brakes, mugen kit all from factory) and got wowed, they handle amazingly, a lot of grip and everything.
Really comfortable and quiet on the inside but are a little prone to hydroplaning due to the weight of my vehicle and the width compared to stock.

Dry grip - excellent, barely any tire squeal ( 195.
Cons - NOISY, significantly noisier after changing to light weight rims.
Would recommend for the performance.

We have a Honda Jazz, not the sportiest vehicle on the market by some margin. These tires were recommended as a good relative budget option by a local reputable vendor. They do what they say on the tin. Reasonable price, reasonable performance. A bit noisy for my liking and they have not lasted as well as I might have expected. Worn heavily on outside edges despite tracking being good when tested. Probably got just a couple of years out of then (c. 16000 miles). Have not had any major issues in the dry and they perform OK in the wet. Pretty good braking in dry conditions and OK if your braking sensibly in the wet. Slide a bit if having to brake hard in the wet. I would not recommend for a higher end vehicle driven fast and furious but as a tire for a day to day run around they are fine.
