Had these on my slightly modified Suzuki Swift Sport for about 3 or 4 months and I have to say I'm very pleased so far 😊. I'm running BC coilovers and wider rims with a slighty wider offset to give a wider track.

Given 81% while driving a Peugeot 208 1.6 vti (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 10,000 spirited miles
Coming from Bridgestone re002, ze914 is better in most aspects except in the dry and steering response as it is not a performance tire. It does slip a little bit on hard bends. It's been 16,000km in the front and the wear looks good, I think they really last but I found them chipped off a little may be due to soft compound. Good all rounder tire but not for extreme usage. Great tire for money!

Given 80% while driving a Honda Jazz (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 12,000 spirited miles
These are amongst the very best Tires I have ever used generally.
They grip in the dry as well or better than any I have had, they are similarly good in the wet. They are even not bad, for a summer tire, in the snow! My only small grip is they are sensitive to dfferent road surfaces and will sometimes pull one way or the other making it feel like pressures are uneven- a sort of tramlining effect. On the motorway they are safe and secure but small adjustments need to be made unlike a few alternatives I have had. I do have a small question mark over breaking grip - small as the car always stops safely even in emergency - but a few times I have been surprised to hear the ABS kick in. Considering the price I would not complain and even if the price was more I would still happily have them over the old Continental PC2 and maybe even the new PC5 - they seem tighter and crisper than the Bridgestone Turanza ER 300 - just to mention 2 good tires I have owned. My car is dubbed an old man's car but if I choose it can be far from that as its very responsive with these tires

Given 49% while driving a Citroën C5 Estate (215/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 0 average miles
Nice grip, specially in dry roads... Very good driving at windy mountain roads, specially for my c5 sw, which is long and heavy, but automatic and reprogrammed ecu up to 170 hp and very high torque.
Unfortunately they were very loud and the worse is that in the front, they lasted less than 15.000 KMS and in the rear I doubt to achieve 20.000 KMS.

I have been using Avon zv5 in my previous car, a Xantia activa reprogrammed to 145 hp, and definitely I will go back to them, those are really good tires for the money paid, incredible grip at dry and wet and very long lasting (40.000 KMS) ...

Won't buy this Falken again... I can't afford to change tires every 6 months... Too much! Bye bye, Falken!

Given 97% while driving a Ford Fiesta Zetec S (205/40 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 14,000 spirited miles
Great tire at a fantastic price! I drive all over Scotland and in North-East England and these tires have NEVER let me down. I am a very enthusiastic driver and enjoy driving hard but these tires are just so good at speed! very predictable in all conditions, fantastic very wet weather performance and progressive in the winter (obviously winter tires are better for this however they are better than all other summer tires I have owned!). They can be a bit prone to wheel spin at roundabouts if you have to keen a right foot however they are always controlled and never make you doubt their supreme grip. Best tire I have ever used under £100/tire and I would highly recommend.

Given 93% while driving a Toyota MK2 MR2 NA (225/55 R16) on mostly country roads for 1,000 spirited miles
The Car: Mk2 Toyota MR2 with a V6 conversion and LSD. Staggered set up with coilovers, 205x55 front and 225x55 rear on 16" lightweight wheels.

Price for these tires vs performance is brilliant, having the heavier engine with torque on tap mounted in the back you really want progressive tires and these deliver. Full of confidence. Turn in is brilliant and wet grip is also great, really impressed with the wet grip as I thought they would stumble.. On par with the T1R's and better in the wet. They have more grip than a lot of premium brands, don't let the word Ecorun put you off. They are not even driectional :)

I can't comment on the noise as my car is loud anyway, but vibration and harshness is fine even with the stiffer set up and lighter wheels.

All that said, they are not a track tire. Worth buying again and I will continue to use these for the road. Versatile and high performing.

Given 100% while driving a BMW E39 5 series (235/40 R18 W) on mostly motorways for 50,000 average miles
I was so disappointed about the comfort and steering of my 5er when her 18" M alloys wore P Zero and Eagle F1. The car drove like an overloaded lorry in ruts and on flat tires. I was about to give up 18" in favour of standard 16" but decided to give them a very last chance, with reasonably priced tires this time. I went for Falken ZIEX 912 (now 914) and - my goodness - what a change! Where have you been whole my life? Finally the car drives like it should! Road cracks nicely damped, great handling on wet (confident ride 160km/h on autobahn in the rain), reasonably long lasting. What can you ask more? It's a 3rd pair of 912/914 I order today. For 1,5t saloon, it's a tire worth of every penny.

Given 87% while driving a MINI Cooper (195/55 R16 H) on mostly town for 2,000 average miles
I felt compelled to write a review for these tires having used this site for a number of weeks to finally help me reach a decision on which brand and type of tire I would go for. I had run flats on my Mini Cooper which I found very hard and uncomfortable so decided to switch to normal tires. To be honest, it was totally the right decision. My ride is so much smoother and more comfortable and the car is so much more of a pleasure to drive.

After deliberating over premium brands and costs for some time, I eventually chose the Falkens on the basis of great reviews against some of the most top premium brands overall.

The grip is brilliant so far in the dry and wet. We are now approaching winter fast so it remains to be seen how they will perform over those months given that they are a summer tire, but it will be interesting.

I have not been disappointed and would definitely buy these tires again. Highly recommended!!

Given 26% while driving a Honda Accord i DTEC EX (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 0 spirited miles
Buy these tires for my 2009 Honda Accord DTEC in extent and are the worst 225/45/18 tires I have ever had in my life. I have been a professional driver and have tried many of them. The guidance is lousy and on several occasions has come to me quite jarring car under heavy braking. Water like a snake. The tires had recently manufactured date and excellent visual appearance but never again buy any. Suffice to say that previously sat on the same car with a Michelin four years and half measure 215/65/16 and use these gripped twice. I even thinking about brake problems because the car brakes half since, until that cai . was due to the tires
