Suzuki swift sport Tire Review Highlights

Writing about the Nankang Cross Seasons AW6 given 92% (205-45-17-)
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 spirited miles
I have the set of NS2R for trackdays and I am very satisfied in general. I gave the chance for these all season nankang tires. Previously I had Hankook 4s2 and Bridgestone LM005. If I compare nankangs and hankoos, I have feeling that nankang is better in everything. It's maybe because I also changed the size from 205 40 r17 to 205 45 r17. Just handling is worse in compare with Hankooks. Basically Hankooks were more sporty and had more precise handling. And the price? Mind blowing. I rated the wear with 10 points because I don't need to have them 4-5 years. I prefer fresh tires. So for me it's more than enough.

Wet - almost no wheel spin and confident feeling (the car has 219HP and turbo kit from greddy :D)
Dry - very good but I miss the precession little bit
Snow - very good, maybe like some Matador or Barum winter tires
Ice - the same as on the snow

Driving on a combination of roads for 20000 spirited miles
Epic performance for cheap tires! Previous to this , used to shell out hundreds of dollars for bridgestone re001, re002 and re003 over the years.. what a waste of money!. Look forward to taking the car on country roads and mountain passes. So much more comfortable than the bridgestone adrenalin range as well. only catch is degraded grip in wet compared to dry at higher speeds, but its not horrible , and the not the most durable of tires, which is fine with me since they are so cheap to replace.

I also have these tires installed on a 2007 subaru legacy gt... same experience, but less skittish in the wet due to awd.

Running these tires in autocross events in Swift Sport, they need an effort to be driven to the limit, glues to the track, runs happy with modified suspension and negative camber, tire presssure plays vital role on how they perform, day and night difference in performance at different psi’s

Tire noise:

this was a big concern for me as my little princess and wife would be a norm in this car being a daily/weekend warrior, assured by the guys above I stated to myself I'd put it to the test as most new tires are silent and so I did and was honestly astonished at how quiet the tire was after all the scrubbing and use over the past 2 months. It even had my wife asking if her tires were always that loud (Bridgestone RE760 bought same time as mine).

Dry performance:

I have to say with all the power my little swift has (134hp

Driving on track for 8000 spirited miles
Good but not great grip on track with oversteer balance. Difficult to heat up during daily driving. Acceptable wet grip for this kind of tire. Hard on bumps and very noisy.
They lasted 9.000 miles and 4 trackdays, there is a lot of tread left but the outer edges are completely worn out. For the price it's great, I would definitely buy them again.

I used tires for road and occasional track use. The best tire I’ve ever had on the swift sport. I simply love them. Also the rim protection is very good.

decent tires for dry conditions, however in the wet they are terrifying as they give no warning when they lose grip when pushing hard.

Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 spirited miles
Good value for money. 195/50/16 is an odd size. Fantastic that Bridgestone makes these. Very quiet for a performance type of tire. Good grip as the re003 but much better wet than before. Dry grip is a good as ever. Wet grip only gives up a little from dry. Wear is a tad high, but asymmetric design allows cross rotation to even the wear, so not a huge problem. I intend to fit RE004 to my other car. Can’t be happier.

The Car feels pretty good in wet and dry condition they are the first winter tires i put on the car since i own it and have to say they have more grip than it lets you think. I never had heard the tires sqeaking even when i go on the Motorway off ramp at 60-70 Km/h and never felt the lose grip on the twistys but it feels softer when compared to my Summer tires.
