Suzuki swift sport Tire Review Highlights

Driving on track for 500 spirited miles
Running these tires in autocross events in Swift Sport, they need an effort to be driven to the limit, glues to the track, runs happy with modified suspension and negative camber, tire presssure plays vital role on how they perform, day and night difference in performance at different psi’s

Tire noise:

this was a big concern for me as my little princess and wife would be a norm in this car being a daily/weekend warrior, assured by the guys above I stated to myself I'd put it to the test as most new tires are silent and so I did and was honestly astonished at how quiet the tire was after all the scrubbing and use over the past 2 months. It even had my wife asking if her tires were always that loud (Bridgestone RE760 bought same time as mine).

Dry performance:

I have to say with all the power my little swift has (134hp

Driving on track for 8000 spirited miles
Good but not great grip on track with oversteer balance. Difficult to heat up during daily driving. Acceptable wet grip for this kind of tire. Hard on bumps and very noisy.
They lasted 9.000 miles and 4 trackdays, there is a lot of tread left but the outer edges are completely worn out. For the price it's great, I would definitely buy them again.

I used tires for road and occasional track use. The best tire I’ve ever had on the swift sport. I simply love them. Also the rim protection is very good.

Good tire overall but has bad road noise after using for a year (around 20000KMs)
Grip is ok

decent tires for dry conditions, however in the wet they are terrifying as they give no warning when they lose grip when pushing hard.

Driving on a combination of roads for 15000 spirited miles
Good value for money. 195/50/16 is an odd size. Fantastic that Bridgestone makes these. Very quiet for a performance type of tire. Good grip as the re003 but much better wet than before. Dry grip is a good as ever. Wet grip only gives up a little from dry. Wear is a tad high, but asymmetric design allows cross rotation to even the wear, so not a huge problem. I intend to fit RE004 to my other car. Can’t be happier.

The Car feels pretty good in wet and dry condition they are the first winter tires i put on the car since i own it and have to say they have more grip than it lets you think. I never had heard the tires sqeaking even when i go on the Motorway off ramp at 60-70 Km/h and never felt the lose grip on the twistys but it feels softer when compared to my Summer tires.

But these tires as a replacement for Yokohamas which came with my car when I bought it used. Initially on the fronts, then at the rear. Dry grip is pretty average, not at all darty even for a light suzuki swift. Wet grip is even worse and you can find yourself in some pretty gnarly situations if you're not careful. Especially longitudinal grip, these won't grip very well in the wet from a dig. Comfort however is pretty good and they haven't worn down that much for the time I've used them. Got them at a fairly decent price, and tire prices are pretty bad where I'm from. These tires definitely haven't worn down as fast as the tires they replaced but they also don't offer the same performance.

These were fitted just before we picked up my wifes Suzuki Swift Sport. After 350k's of highway use I had to emergency brake due to a car pulling out in front of me, t-boned them. ABS tried but the grip was virtually non-existent. Had the car repaired and after 1000k's I'm replacing them as they are not a good tire at all. The grip is not great in either wet or dry and they ride rough. Also seeing out edge wear even though the wife doesn't drive like a looney. Yes, alignment has been checked and it's fine. Seriously, don't buy these, spend a bit extra and get decent tires.
