Rear tires on my Alfa were worn unevenly when I bought the car, as I couldn't find anything wrong I suspect they may have been swapped from the front as it had new front tires. When the rears needed replacing I decided to put a new set of cheap tires on, to see how they wear & wasn't expecting much from them.
Pleasant surprise, did 500 dry miles in the first week & then traveled 600 miles to the far North of Scotland in absolute torrential rain & high winds all the way. Didn't put a foot wrong no loss of grip in curves & roundabouts no tramlining on the motorway a little more noise than the Continentals they replaced. MPG slightly better which surprised me as I suspect they are a softer compound.
Cant comment on the wear rate as fairly new still. All in all very satisfied & may try them on the front when needed. At £50 fitted a good buy.
