Top 3 Petlas Explero W671 Reviews

Given 83% while driving a Nissan Qashqai (215/55 R18) on mostly country roads for 3,000 spirited miles
I was reluctant to buy these as I had never heard of the brand and I always buy premium brand Tires, mostly Goodyear. They have been a very pleasant surprise, handling well in all conditions including slush and snow. A lot of my driving is on muddy back roads and they perform very well in these conditions. Comfort and noise levels are very good, in fact no worse than the Continental tires that came on the car. Fuel consumption has not been affected by these tires either. Overall I can only say that I am very satisfied with these Tires, especially considering I only paid £80 each Inc vat so they are something of a bargain. After just under 3000 miles of fairly hard driving on mostly poor quality back roads they still look like new with no apparent signs of wear.
I would definitely buy again.

Low price and costeffective tire. Half the price of premium brands. Very good performance in snowy conditions, good in dry conditions. wet road performance is average. Wear is mediocre. The noise level is at medium levels, but it gets louder as it ages. I think this tire has two major weak points; The first is avaragr wet handling, and the second is that it belongs to an unknown and unknown brand. But just because it's not recognized doesn't mean it's a garbage tire. Because this brand is a brand that can produce tires for heavy military vehicles and planes... I have been using Petlas winter tires on my vehicles of different brands since 2010. I bought my first petlas winter tire on the recommendation of my mechanic. I had my doubts at first. After a cold and snowy winter, I changed my mind, I was satisfied. After that, I started to prefer tires of this brand. So I've had a lot of experience with this brand. I have used it in many vehicles such as Ford mondeo, Renault clio, skoda octavia. I used it carefully in wet conditions and had no problems. I highly recommend it to those who do not want to spend double the money on premium brands.

Petlas is a Turkish brand and manufacture tire, petlas mainly equips aviation tires for the Turkish army, so basically Turkish petlas = French Michelin, it's clear Petlas is not a tire known in Europe for this. is a not too expensive tire which does not mean bad tires

Given 58% while driving a Suzuki Jimny (205/70 R15) on a combination of roads for 1,500 average miles
This tires have indeed just average performance on packed snow and ice as the manufacture suggests. However they are terrible when it came to the sidewall stability and running at speed on highway. In just 50-60km wind and running with anything above 70km, the car bounces scary all over the road with a 70mm tall sidewall and that became critical when the temperature rises to 7-8 C degrees. The lateral stability is not that good either, when on tracks in packed snow a 4x4 goes side to side more than a street car does on good tires. I do not recommend this, for just a few more you can get better.
