Pirelli PZero Rosso Reviews - Page 9

Given 65% while driving a Volvo V50 estate (215/45 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 18,000 average miles
Dont drive hard but these tryes seem very grippy at least on this car and cornering is a real pleasure. Wear in averag driving seems reasonable and they will last for about 23k which is good for this profile.
Noise level seems very varied - can be very noisy on concrete and rumble a lot on B roads but very quiet on good tarmac.
Would buy them again

Found tires to be so much better than other previous brand especially in the wet. The car did suffer tramlining as before.

The difference in the wet between these Pirelli's and the original Bridgstones RE040's is huge. Very little wheelspin pulling away from standstill, a lot less twitches on wet edges or drains. Marginally quieter too. Highly recommended.

Given 54% while driving a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (275/40 R18) on mostly country roads for 4,000 spirited miles
I changed the wheels from std. 15" to 18" in order to take advantage of modern performance rubber. These tires have not dissapointed, they have transformed the handling of the car. I have not driven the car much in the wet and with 430hp, handling is always going to be tricky but from my limited experience of these in the wet, they are pretty good.
