They feel good on dry and wet. Good tread. Use this car for mainly city driving but also good for highway driving. Does the job

I own a BMW 318ci Convertible, so we are not talking about a car that is breaking any land speed records. After owning these tires for 4 months and driving at tops 5,000 miles, the rears are ripped to shreds, I am very disappointed with the life of this tire. However, the handling/braking in both wet and dry has been fine and they have been very comfortable tires. Due to the short life of these tires I will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

Driving on mostly country roads for 7000 spirited miles
Perfect grip on dry, nice on wet. Even on not perfect road like in my country. Driven in not so cold conditions (mostly 5-15 celsius).
It's my first winter tire on BMW e46 so i can't compare it with others.
I would recommend to a friend.

Driving on a combination of roads for 40000 average miles
Front tires (225/45) - lasted the whole 6 years (they are Conti 1st generation though)
Rear tires (245/40) - the third set just ditched. In a word, I had to replace them everytime (more due to legality I must admit) I had a spin in snow. Utterly useless tires at a very high price!

Can't really comment on the ride, grip or cornering performance as BMW are outstanding in these criteria regardless which tires you put, also can't talk about the noise levels as everything seems noisy to me especially when the hood is down. However I am impressed in the speed and stability when the worn-out rear tires went into corners at relatively high speed. The grip was okay and they still gave me the confidence to put my foot on the accelerator on the apex. I probably won't replace them if they were still legal and will pass my MOT. In heavy rain though, it's displacing water rather poorly.

After reading comments on this site I have decided to opt for something better and cheaper!
