Mazda 6 GH 2.5 Tire Review Highlights

Writing about the Rovelo Sport A1 given 33% (225-45-18-)
Driving on a combination of roads for 25000 easy going miles
30k km on the clock, this tire wears significantly fast, abrasion is obvious even the tread wear rating is A and tread is 340. Very noisy on the road and uncomfortable drive all times. While dry grip is ok, on wet it’s not that impressive and you shouldn’t compare it with any good brand out there.
The tire looks very dry after 3 years of driving which you can’t find on other tires.
Not an aggressive driver and mostly in town.
If you are trying to save on cost buying budget tire like this, you will end up spending more buying new tires faster than you can imagine, if you care for your safety of course.
I don’t believe that the rubber compound is of a good quality at all.
I definitely won’t buy this tire aging and I don’t advise anyone to buy it, you get what you pay for getting such a cheap tire, risking your own safety and your family safety.

Driving on a combination of roads for 25000 average miles
Excellently tires for the daily driver and by far the quietest I've ever had on my car. Great handling and braking performance in the dry and the wet. I found these tires did not give great road feedback at standard pressure, likely due to the soft sidewalls but the trade-off was a very comfortable ride. Otherwise felt okay with higher pressures.
The only downside was the sides of the tires wore out fairly quickly due to the curved profile of the tread and they had to be replaced even though there was plenty of rubber left in the centers. Alignment was fine - got a wheel alignment done when the new replacement tires went on and there was no adjustment needed according to the report!

Driving on mostly country roads for 16500 spirited miles
I had them for 2 summer seassons.. About 27000km. Last 2000km big decreased wet grip - during light rain I got little rear slide in 80km/h - I don't belive them in wet anymore, and little bit decreased dry grip. Hankook H750 (allweather) works now much better. I was expecting at least 3 seassons and 35-40tkm using. Now tire corners are out, center have about 3mm. I don't know if next tire will be Asymmetric 6 or Bridgestone Potenza Sport... Really don't know

After 2 seasons and 28000km it is not UHP tire. Around 10000km wet grip decreased to 70%, around 20000km dry grip decreased to about 70% and soften sidewalls. They are at the end of life altough my car is not sportscar - Mazda 6 GH 2.5 (2007). I will not buy this expensive tires again and will look for some Goodyear - apparently Assymetric 5 or Supersport.
