Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 4x4 Tires

Fiitted Gt plus and got excited with the dry and wet grip, comfort, low noise, accurate steering and economy. Excellent driving in the wet, best tire I had ever had. Had replaced the Goodyears Efficient grip 2 SUV, which were a bit better in the steering in highways but less grip everywear else. Need to mention GT plus are made of double layer of polyamide on the tread, instead of one layer in Goodyears, and I think this makes GT better. GT plus is A rated in wet, and can drive on sand, therefore I beleive it is not a classic summer tire but an excellent H/T highway terrain tire. Also uses the Continental tech. Therefore highly reccomented for SUVs.

purchased two avon 225/55R18 98v zx7 on 17/09/2025 with 8mm tread.Drove 769 miles, I have written paper work that the tread was down to 5mm. I dont think this is normal.

I bought tire for Mitsubishi two days ago. We used only 50 km in City. I feel dry grip is good. I can say this tire is silince. On bumpy roads it is smooth. We loved this tires. I will write as I have more experience.

They came as standard on my Eclipse Cross Mitsubishi SUV.I can say that they are very comfortable with minimum rolling resistance and noise.They perform pretty well on dry road as far as braking and handling is concerned.On wet road....I drive with a tight stomach!The feedback is almost scary,I wouldn't recommend them to drivers living in wet climate!I think that I would buy Nexens again because I consider them as vfm but certainly not this model!

Drove Yokohama BluEarth for 50k km before replacing it with the Bridgestone Turanza T005. It was the only premium tire available in the tire shop, so I had no other choice. First impressions after 1k km: Positives: - Excellent dry and wet grip. The Yokohama was prone to massive understeer, so much that all the stability systems were not capable to bring it under some control, while the Bridgestone comes very precise in handling. It might oversteer a bit, but that's easy to sort out. - Excellent comfort. It's like I bought I new SUV. It feels like 30% improvement. My wife enjoys it a lot. - Superb fuel efficiency! The car runs so easy. In terms of figures I am burning 10% to 15% less fuel compared with the Yokohama. That is massive! - Pretty affordable for premium tire at 130 EUR/tire. Negatives: - Because of the high comfort the ride feels loose with minimum road feedback. That makes me feel insecure in some occasions. - Noise level feels a bit increased. In general, an excellent all round touring tire. I am still to get used with the poor road feedback.
