Opel Mokka B Tire Review Highlights
I have been using Vredestein Quatracs for 4 years now. They have done 60,000 km so far (mostly commuting and school runs, but also several longer trips). The tires still have plenty od tread (4-5 mm). During this winter they will reach the winter indicators and they will definitely last through the next summer, so it will be more than 4.5 years and approximately 70,000 km.
They are very good, quiet, very grippy in the wet and fine even in the occasional snow. I would definitely recommend them. It is difficult to comment on handling or road feedback, as the car is really not handling-focused and the tire sidewall is huge. On the other hand the comfort is very nice. The only negligible drawback is that the tread blocks like to tear a little more then ussual and I don't drive in any off-road conditions at all. It does not seem to have any adverse effect on the performance though. In comparison to other cars in the family I have seem similar problem on Pirelli Cinturato SF3. The Bridgestone Turanza 6 AS and Toyo Celsius AS2 seem to be more resistant to this.
Overall I have been very satifsied and I can recommend them.

I have used Quatrac for 4 years now and after 57000 km they still have 5 mm of tread depth. They will definitely survive the upcoming winter and the next summer. So far, I have been very satisfied with the tires, they seem to handle all conditions pretty well. I have not driven them in very snowy conditions as we do not get a lot of snow in Central Europe anymore. Surprisingly, it has won the 2025 Autobild SUV test and scored good in Autobild car test even though it is not the newest tire anymore. I would definitely recommend Quatrac and it will definitely be a hot candidate next Autumn when I will be shopping for the next set of tires for the car.

This is the mid-life review after 35000km. The tread depth is surprisigly even - 6.5mm front/driven wheels and 6.7mm rear wheels. At this wear rate it seems the tires will survive past 70000km until they are worn to 4mm depth. Tires are still quiet, comfortable and confidence inspiring in majority of conditions. The driven wheels have some smaller chunks of tread blocks teared and block edges rounded. Non-driven look surprisingly good with sharp block edeges. I have just switched fron-to-rear to even out the tires life. The car is Opel Mokka B - daily driver - schools runs, to/from work, errands and occasional long trips. Approximately 70% city and suburbs driving and 30% motorway and the car is rarely fully loaded.

I have replaced the Conti EcoContact 6 with Vredestein Quatrac on Opel Mokka B. Since the tire dimension is 215/65 R16 there cannot be much road feedback and also the small SUV on baloon tires is not exactly a track machine.
In general, the noise is almost the same as with ecocontacts. The fuel consumption is very reasonable but I have no exact numbers to back my claim, as I have not been driving on ecocontacts long enough. The grip is very reasonable in the dry and surprisingly good in the wet. On icy roads the tires feel very safe, similar to winter tires. I have no experience in the snow yet.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. For everyday driving the tires are great. So far, I have driven approximately 9000 km on them. The non-driven rear tires look still new and the front ones have some worn edges of the tread blocks but the tread depth is almost as new. I would definitely recommend them.

I have fitted these tires to Mokka in January so by now I have experienced all kinds of weather. In general I am very satisfied. In dry and hot weather they feel exactly like summer tires. In this size the feedback in naturally weak (it is the same as with original Continental Ecocontact). In the wet the grip is very very good and braking feels very confident. I have not experienced snow but on icy roads they feel fine. I do not have direct comparison with winter tires on the same car but in general the feeling is similar to winter tires. Overall I am very satisfied. Since the winters in my region are generally milder with not many snowy days, I would not go back to two sets of tires for a daily commuter car.
