I moved 2x Foresters and an Outback onto Geolanders GO12 tread because they are suv tires with excellent sidewall protection on our unsealed roads. I do full motorway, country farm offroad river and beach driving. These tires are well rated for my level of all round daily use and I have never had a problem with them. They complement the symmetrical awd of these vehicles I find I can go where other awd/4wd vehicles get stuck.

I have just got rid of 4 of these on my car and I an glad. These were the noisiest tires I have ever had and made driving my subaru forester unpleasant. On anything but the smoothest surface they produced a horrible roar. I replaced them before they were worn out with Avom ZV5 and the car is a pleasure to drive again, I also get 4MPG extra and a lovely smooth ride. I would never recommend michelin tires.

Driving on mostly country roads for 80000 easy going miles
I had these fitted to my Subaru forester after 2 sets of Yokohama tires which were excellent, lasted 30 to 40k miles. The michelin tires are very poor, loads of road noise, follow ripples in the road and in my opinion do not suit the vehicle at all. I used to enjoy driving my car but not with these fitted. I have had the suspension, transmission, bearings etc checked and the garage informed me it was the tires. The sooner they wear out the better.
