155/80 R13 Tire Review Highlights
Writing about the GT Radial FE1 City
rated 89%
They're great in the dry and wet under braking and acceleration, but get a bit understeery in severe rain. They're a good price and so far have barely worn at all. way better than the budget winter tires that were fitted previously.

Got these on an older classic car. Previous owner mentioned they were ok, but I'd probably want to change them. Boy, was he right. They're tires in the academic sense - they're black, round, and made of rubber. You can put air in them and drive the car. But the sidewall flex on these things is absurd. Going around normal intersection turns, the back end felt like it was squishing around on water balloons to the point that passengers with no deep car knowledge commented on it. The tires being still relatively new, I thought the rear suspension was in need of a refresh, but when I started getting into it, I discovered it had recently been already done. So I gave the car a hip bump on the side, and was surprised at how much lateral movement occurred from the sidewalls of these tires. I'm not terribly hard to please when it comes to a car that only sees occasional use, but I'll be replacing these in the spring for any tire at all that doesn't make me feel like the whole back end of the car is coming loose.

So much heavies, really bad wear. I had a scare when braking in the wet, skidded several meters at a pedestrian crossing…

Writing about the BFGoodrich gForce Winter

First time i have purchased BFG's, i believe that these winter tires are the best in their category. Ive been driving them up and down hills in snow and sometimes ice with no problem what so ever. Grip is fantastic taking into consideration i have no traction control on my vehicle.
The only downside that i can think of is that if you drive them on temperatures above 6 degrees celsius they make the rife wobbly however this is expected as these are winter tires that are intended for snowy conditions in temperatures below freezing.

Had on a Fiat panda, even when dry it understeered under any sort of speed and very loud on motorway and tire shine does not stick to them

Writing about the Falken Sincera SN832 Ecorun

I purchased Falken as they were the only tires available in this size with an A rating for wet grip. Living as I do in north central Scotland, wet surface performance is a key safety consideration.
With predictable handling characteristics and good feedback through the steering, I have full confidence in these tires even in cold and wet conditions.
I would recommend this tire without hesitation.

Very good tire. No comparison to the Barum Brillantis 2 that replaced. Very quiet, stick on the road, very nice on the wet also. Minimum wear. I think it is the ideal tire for Fiat Panda and difficult Greek conditions. No surprise that they are the only tires with A on the wet. Definitely would buy again!

I have no confidence in these tires. In the wet they are simply dangerous owing to the limited lack of grip and feedback.

Writing about the Viking Wintech

We put these tires on our second car,Opel Corsa C 2006y 1.0 Z10xep in 2017. Very good budget tires, best quality in this mid-range class, exceptional for smaller cars,in everyday use - for kids to school and on regional roads city-village and back. Wear is very good, good grip in wet and dry, very good in snow. But,this is only for normal driving. Only thing that I can say that they were very nice and soft in first season of use,now they are a little bit harder but this is not a problem, they are same as Barum and Matador in this case. In this dimension they are made in Romania, other dimensions are from Puchov Slovakia We didn't push them to the limit and never will...drive carefully.
