Methodology & Configuration
Scoring Process
  1. Collect Test Data: Gather results from professional tire tests across multiple publications. Minimum 1 test(s) required.
  2. Normalize Positions: Convert test positions to percentile scores using exponential weighting (factor: 1.2).
  3. Apply Recency Weighting: More recent tests are weighted higher with a decay rate of 0.95.
  4. Incorporate User Reviews: Factor in user review data (minimum 5 reviews). Weight: 15%.
  5. Bayesian Smoothing: Apply Bayesian prior (score: 7, weight: 1.5) to prevent extreme scores with limited data.
  6. Calculate Final Score: Combine all components using normalization factor of 1.1. Max score with limited data: 9.5.

Given 57% while driving a Honda 1.6 I DTEC (190/40 R17) on mostly country roads for 2,000 average miles
Seem to take a while to warm up, and are lacking in traction until that point. Honestly a bit sketchy in the wet/cold when compared to every other tire I’ve ever used. Personally I would only recommend these if you really can’t afford anything better, because these are really poor when compared to more expensive rubber

Given 86% while driving a Yamaha FZ1 (190/50 R17) on mostly country roads for 4,000 spirited miles
Had these tires on my Cb650f and loved them so put a set on my FZ1N prior to touring Europe, they've been fanatastic, once they're hot they provide mountains of grip, and not bad in the wet either
Managed to get 4100 miles out of the rear before the cords were showing, that was 4000 odd miles of spirited riding fully loaded with luggage however.

Given 80% while driving a Suzuki 2000 vatari jx2.0 (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 5,000 average miles
I bought a set of these for my SV650. I couldn't afford the more expensive Pirelli tires so was recommended this by a fitter. They are a revelation. I'm a nippy but smooth rider & they tires have given me over 5000 miles of easy, grippy commuting. They are a 'sticky'-type tire so pick up small stones and grit a lot but never damage the tire. This is the best wet weather I've ridden on, dry grip is great and the feedback is good, inspiring confident handling.

I would definitely recommend these for most middleweight motorbikes, provided you can find a tire your size.

Having done 6000 miles on these so far i have around another 6k to goall year round on my cbr600rr I had summer tires be for these, these tires are excellent for an everyday ride wear is great comfort if great but not fantastic on summers day getting knees down to other tires.

Given 90% while driving a Suzuki SV650S (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 4,000 spirited miles
Great Tire, never let me down once. Ridden over the Isle of Man TT circuit, got them nice and hot, started to cook a little bit, but with plenty of grip to spare. Only downside is that i've completely eaten the rear up after about a year, and 4000 miles. Got another fitted as i was so happy with them. Not slipped once in the wet, but spun up occasionally in the cold if ive tried to put too much through them.

Given 53% while driving a Triumph Daytona 675 (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
I don't doo too many miles on my 675 but after 2800 km's the front of the supercora from new was worn out. As I replace in pairs I thought I would get some standard Diablo's, after 1000 km's I am replacing them, the Supercorsa had a great feel, and never moved on hard cornering. The Diablo moves around on the back n throttle, a bit unnerving for me,

Given 84% while driving a Kawasaki ZXR 636 (180/55 R17) on a combination of roads for 0 spirited miles
Originally I had Diablo Strada's which lasted 9000 miles. I wanted the same again, but they were unavailable so the fitter recommended the Diablo's. I was hesitant, but once scrubbed in, I never looked back. The front is planted, the rear is grippy. I've used them on twisty back roads, motorway and track. I can't fault them except for squaring off after only a couple of thousand miles.
