Volvo (215/65 R16 V) on mostly country roads for 25,000 average miles
Have used these tires on our VolvoXC70since we bought our car and noticed Volvo fit them as standard.
We do a lot of caravaning in all conditions and found the traction capabilities to be superb.Thwy are quiet and long lasting.
We will insist on them when changing tires

Came stock with my GLC. Worn down too quickly and is very noisy

Given 70% while driving a Land Rover Evoque (235/55 R19) on mostly country roads for 42,000 average miles
Original fitting to an Evoque. Still good after 42,000 miles so wear has been excellent despite rough country roads caning the life out of them. Down to 3mm on the front and now not so good in the wet and poor in standing water (to be expected I suppose). Excellent when we had snow, was only one to get out of the village apart from heavy duty land rovers.

Given 89% while driving a Volvo XC60 (235/60 R18 V) on a combination of roads for 32,000 average miles
These tires came fitted from new on my XC60 2wd 2.0D4 in 2016. Previous experience with Pirelli tires made me wary of just how good these tires might be for grip. They have been almost faultless in the 3 years I’ve been using them. Ok I’m not doing high mileage around 10,000 per year, but at 32,000 miles they still have 3 mm left at the front and nearer 6mm on the rear. I’ll be changing them soon before the weather really turns but I’ll be looking to replace them with the same again. Handling and feedback are a bit of a subjective thing with a car like the xc60 albeit this is an RDesign model with slightly better handling, but I have no issues thus far. Driving mix has been around 60:40 between town and motorways.

Given 19% while driving a Volkswagen Touareg (235/65 R17 T) on a combination of roads for 7,000 easy going miles
These are the worst tires ever made!
Firstly, I got a set of 235/65/17 for my Touareg. They wore out extremely fast and they got a lot of punctures. There was some time I carryed around two (2!) spare winter wheels because of this shit.

I never seen a tire such bad, they got punctured even from small rocks!

After 3 or 4 years I decided to give this model another chance - I had a big discount for a 255/60/17 set (also compatible with my Touareg wheels). F*** my life! They were even worse - on country roads the small rocks simply cut into the tire... I never experienced a tire such bad and I had from Kormoran to Debica (romanian cheapest brand).

Given 91% while driving a Volkswagen Tiguan (235/50 R19 V) on a combination of roads for 24,000 spirited miles
I have been very pleased with the wear , comfort and grip from these tires given they are fat 50% profile. They have been quite adept at handling snow though I have 4 wd. Lasting easily 20k with hard driving is amazing. Had a puncture , drew the screw out. Pumped it back up and 10k on its still fine. Though a concern now and with others running this tire on Tiguans is that at only 16 months and 25k there is substantial cracks formed on the sidewall. It has been surmised as being due to the plastic re inforced sidewall moving around on cornering or some other factor. However given how long lasting they have been compared to lower profile tires on previous cars having only a quarter of this mileage before wearing out then if now needing replacement I would happily buy again.

Given 85% while driving a Volkswagen Tdi 4 motion (225/55 R18) on a combination of roads for 0 average miles
I commute 16000 miles plus, mainly dual carriageway. The wear has been excellent and road holding in dry and wet good. Recent snow earlier in year with tiguan in snow mode grip very good with no slippage and good traction.

Given 77% while driving a Subaru Subaru forester 2.0 (235/55 R18) on mostly motorways for 10,000 easy going miles
On roads in Singapore, Nothing to complain about the tires, except for road noise.
On Malaysian roads, under heavy thunderstorms the tires are really good over wet roads.

Overall, the steering is very precise and comfort is good.

I have these Tires on my Volvo XC90 and they are fantastic super grip in the wet and dry low noise and they hardly ever wear. Even driving in deep snow they never got stuck I’ve just ordered a new set for the back in very fussy when it comes to Tires and it’s hard to find a set your happy with but I love these

Given 93% while driving a Volkswagen Tdi 4 motion (235/50 R19) on a combination of roads for 4,000 spirited miles
These are standard fitment on the MK2 Tiguan SEL . Having now done 5000 miles from new with rain , snow , mud and now hot roads I must admit for a 50 series tall tire they give very good road holding and comfort. Having come from a dedicated sports estate and hot hatch running 40 series Uniroyal and Bridgestone the Pirellis are very impressive. No signs of wear. Ideally suited to a 240bhp Tiguan.
