The PS3 was the perfect fit for my Calibra. Rides smoothly, yet grips very well and gives good feedback!

I used to have the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 tires before these, but those were down to about 2mm and I sadly got some damage on the sidewall of one of the tires. So when I heard there was a version 3 out from the Asymmetric tires, I almost blindly chose those. This because my experience with the Asymmetric 2 tires was fantastic; very good dry grip, excellent wet grip, very good steering feel and decent comfort. When I saw that the version 3's were even a bit cheaper, I went for it.

Now, after a few thousand kilometers, I kind of regret that decision. Not that these are bad tires, not in the slightest, but the Asymmetric 2's were just better and more to my liking.

Starting off on a positive note though, the comfort on these tires has become quite a bit better. Bumps and potholes in the road are less noticeable and they seem to be ever so slightly quieter. The wear, for the short bit that I've used them, seems fine. Wet grip is also still very good, only slightly behind or on par with the version 2's.
Dry grip seems to be a bit worse, I seem to get wheelspin quicker with these when for example driving off at at roundabout that is slightly uphill. This I never had on the previous tires.

The most noticeable difference however is the feedback. I assume that with the tires being more comfortable, the steering feel has gone downhill and it's much harder to predict where the limit is during cornering. The Asymmetric 2's were outstanding in that regard, you could feel everything going on through the steering wheel and you would know exactly where the limitations of grip were. I really miss that with these tires.

In conclusion: if you have already ordered these tires, no worries, they are pretty good. But if you're still browsing, get the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 tires; slightly "harder" and less comfortable, but more grip and much more feedback.

Have these tires on a Calibra V6 for about 3 years now, using these tires about 7 to 8 months a year (winter tires during the rest). Back then I was thinking about buying either these or some Michelin Pilot SuperSports. I ended up buying the Goodyear's because they were apparently better in the wet and the Michelin's weren't available in the size I wanted.

I generally drive pretty relaxed (no racing or driving like a maniak), but you can definitely push hard with these tires. The dry grip is great, much better then the very mediocre tires the car had before these. In the wet I sometimes think the grip is even better then on dry roads, it's that good. Feedback through the steering wheel is very good, road noise is decent to good (they are not the quietest tires but certainly not loud).

If I had to have 1 complaint it's that I hoped they would have lasted a bit longer. As mentioned before I have a pretty relaxed driving style and I drive mostly in town and country roads, but so far they've lasted about 25-28k kilometers (roughly 16-17k miles) and they've got less then 3mm left. At this point I did start to notice that the handling in very wet conditions started to decline a bit. It's not a steep drop-off, but I do notice there is not that much tread left on the them.
Currently have the winter tires fitted and I probably will have to swap out the Goodyear's later this year, but I will certainly consider, and most like will be buying these tires again.

Starting to use them for a second year and so far the tires have been great. Before I bought them I was looking at these Goodyear Eagle F1's as well as Michelin Pilot Supersports. I chose the Goodyear's because of the price, better performance in the wet and due to the fact that Michelin's weren't available in my size.

Overall I really love these tires. In terms of comfort they are a bit noisier then Goodyear Eagle F1 GDS3's I've driven before on a similar car. In the dry they perform very well, in the wet I think they're excellent. The grip is very good and compared to the winter tires and my previous, mediocre summer tires. With the Goodyear's I have to really push it to get any hint of wheelspin, even on wet roads.

All in all I'm very happy with these tires and in the end they're probably better suited for the weather here then the Michelin's.
