So I've had these tires on over the winter since September. Neither do they seem to excel in any particular situation, nor do they fail in any either, which I guess is what you get in an all season tire. Very wet handling is good, no aquaplaning and good braking. However on damp greasy roads they do slide a bit. Dry grip is good in a straight line, however in corners there is a bit of jelly like feel that I have experienced before for example in goodyear efficientgrips. It does hold on, but doesn't give you confidence. Snow handling was marginally better than summers, but no way what I was expecting given the hype by motoring journalists. Wear seems reasonable so far, as others have mentioned little stones do get stuck in the tread. It is a quiet tire. Would I buy again, probably if the price is right. If you like a nice motorway cruise this is probably a good choice. If however you like an enthusiastic drive through the bends its probably not for you.

Replaced set of Falken tires. Immediately noticed how quiet these tires are. Definitely much better grip in wet, especially very wet conditions. Too early to comment on wear, but hoping they wear well which will justify higher price than Falkens.

Great tire with great performance on wet roads, icy roads and hot asphalt during summers also. Great wear and grip also. I never believed in all season tires, but this Michelin tire is incredibile, offering almost same experience as winter and summer tires. Great overall experience.

Bought these to replace Cooper CS6s which I had also used on previous cars [Volvo S80; Saab 95]but found them to be rather harsh ride. The CrossClimates have transformed this. Only fitted 8 weeks ago so unable to comment on wear. Handling in dry and wet very good. Not tried in snow. Handling very controlled towing 1300kg caravan.

I got to my car, vw golf mk6 in dimension 195/65/15 Crossclimate.

I walked with them around 15,000 kilometers.

The tires were better than I expected.

They are comfortable and pretty quiet for the "V" design pattern.

Excellent lateral grip in the wet cornering.

Before I had two sets of tires, continental "PremiumContact 5" in summer and "TS830" in the winter ... in the same car in the same dimension 195/65/15

What I have noticed so far negative, it is that love turn into an empty wheel, a sudden start.

I attribute this "air design" pattern on the tires.

Then I noticed that during heavy braking earlier lights abs.

You could also say the same ... because if the friction surfaces are loosened ... not expect behavior such as racing "slick" tires.

Either way, we will see how it will be this winter, with snow in my town.

Bought these as a compromise to a full winter tire and I wasn't disappointed. Dry and wet grip is fantastic, recently had the opportunity to test then in 3-4 inches of snow, it was no problem for these tires. The biggest difference was the noise, there isn't any- well very little compared to the old Bridgestones that I had on the car. To early to comment on the wear. Would I buy them again? In a heartbeat!

Very good in the rain but not in dry wheather... In the middle when the soft snow but weak in Ice!!! It is a fair allweather tire..

Brilliant compromise for northern UK weather. Great in the wet, good in the dry and offer a level of smow/ice performance comparable to a full winter tire. Only done 3k miles so can't comment too much on wear, but michelins usually have a good lifespan.

Excelent tire. Superb on wet and dry on par with my Primacy 3.
Snow traction is exeptional. We had about 70cm of snow in 5 days.
Passed with flying colours. Newer stoped even once. Not even in 30cm of fresh wet snow. For me and our climate in Bosnia perfect tire.

Put four of these on in anticipation of the Winter. No snow or ice to test them thus far but lots and lots of rain! Have driven on all types of rubber in my 40+ years of driving and have to say that these tires are in a league of their own in the wet and rival the grip of Pirelli P Zeros in the dry. All round I feel very safe with these tires - very grippy in the wet and the dry and produce very little noise. Not yet tested in the snow but even without this experience I'd buy them again. They back up the marketing hype that launched them. Will report back on snow performance if the Winter throws any our way.
