fantasic tire for the money, previously had rainsport 3's which would be a very hard tire to live you to, comes fairly close but i would choose rainsports over them but at 140 a tire for the rainsports and less then 60 for the ls5888 it's really not a 80 euro diffrence had it been 15, 20 euro i might spend it but while landsail are producing such fantastic tires for that value it seems ill be sticking to them for the upcoming years. fantasic tire if your considering buying them go for it ! you wont regret it. dont buy into reviews against chinese's tires not all tires can be thrown into the same bracket vredestein were once considered a very bad tire now theyre great everyone starts somewhere and im sure soon to come landsail will be up theyre at the top ! also had the ls388 on a toyota celica 190bhp vvtli previsiouly would also buy again only they wernt available in the size i required but im not let down either

Brought these instead of usual Goodyear's and glad I did. Well done Landsail these tires show the big boys how to do it, they're quiet, smooth they look good and all at a very reasonable price.
Please don't judge these tires as being a budget tire because in my opinion they outclass the leà ders by a country mile.
Would definitely buy again.

Replace OME Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT that was very good and wand a brand, but after hear the price i decide to go on chines. Push to put this by my friend how sell them, and make special order for me to have them before i decide on what i put on the car, but after reviews i see on internet i go for them and have no regrets. Even a little less noise from those but less grip on wet from Dunlop, and little noice when cornering but fot the price i paid, half and less for brands, very good tire. I gess will last longer, will see.

I had Bridgestone tires on my car I replaced them with
Lands ail tires the guy in the tire shop advised me
Not fit them how wrong was he the grip in the wet
Brilliant the road noise was less and my mpg shot up
By 5 to 8 mph .the only negative is a bit less feedback
In the steering brilliant tires

An excellent tire with good road grip and is long lasting too. Covered 30k on my front tires in my front wheel drive Vauxhall insignia before change and rear tires barely half way after 30k. Ticks all boxes for me and is cheap too

Probably on of the best tires I tried during last 8 years, no matter the fact that it is quite "no name" brand. Good in dry, very comfortable, really silent (69 db), not sure about wear, but for that price (twice cheaper as michelin) I think it should be ok (will see in future).
Before I was using Uniroyal Rain sport 1 (great in wet, average in dry, very fast wear) , Continental Sport Contact 2 (average on everything, slippy), Michelin Primacy HP (good enough) and last one Michelin Pilot Primacy (good, especially wear was very long time). Anyway, these tires can give some better feeling during journey. It was a lit bit risky to buy, but now I can give recommendation for others give them a try :)

These ( the LS588 UHP ) are good. Don't get confused with the ls988s though. The 588 UHP are "ultra high performance" ones.
I usually spend £120 PER tire on brand made tires for my Audi A1 as I like to drive with passion. I don't mean boy racer fast - but I enjoy my car with plenty of torque. So these where cheap at £46 a tire. Big savings.
I bought a set of these for a new set of alloys ( 17 inch low profile ) then took the car to Wales to drive about the winding roads with a little passion. These tires are good / and I purposely chucked the car about to see if they would step out of line or slide. Nope. Held to the dry road pretty decently. After a while I got my confidence up with them so pushed it a little more - and they honestly felt ok. Quiet to for a budget range. Smooth to.
I was relieved actually - because for a moment I thought they might be completely horrid - but not the case.
Braking was decent to in the dry - and I didn't notice a massive difference from my previous branded tires at mega money. Overall - I felt id made a good purchase.
After a few days it rained / so I gave them a try on WET roads.
My last tires were awesome in the wet - but for £120 a tire they better be. These 588s UHPs were actually pretty good and credit to them; held their own. Grip was good. No sliding on corners or anything to step the car to the side. Not quite as sharp as a £120 tire; but I didn't feel like I needed to slow my driving down or hold back as I normally would. I felt confident with them in the wet.
Braking was ok to in the wet. Again. Not quite as sharp as my last tires but non the less safe, solid and controlled. It certainly wasn't like my stopping distance drastically increased (throwing me into the car in front)
I think these are worthy of being fitted to most people's cars - especially those who like to drive with a little umph. They are a bargain price in comparison to the brands so worth a try.
As for how long the tread last ?...- to early for me to say. That could be the bad side of them ...... But you've got to try them and find out for yourself.

For the money incredable! My car drives more relaxed now. When i drive agressive it feels like everything is Ok. It steers in wet and dry conditions with a bit more resistance (maybe the exellent grip on the road?)
