165/70 14 Tire Review Highlights

Viking Wintech rated 68% while driving a Volkswagen Polo 1.2 12V
Driving on mostly town for 7000 easy going miles
Fairly good tires but very noisy. If you can get by the noise then they are fine, but it's a big if.

Riken Riken All Season rated 61% while driving a Toyota Corolla AE101
Driving on mostly country roads for 8340 average miles
Cheap tires, very good in dry roads, just good in wet. Its not sport tires,if you drive normal its ok. Noice is a little bad. I think its much better thar summer tire Riken Road. This tire made by another company not only Riken. Kormoran, Tigar, Orium, make the same tire but the head for all is mother Michelin. Iam sorry for my language.

Goodride Z 107 ZuperEco rated 75% while driving a Toyota Corolla AE101
Driving on mostly country roads for 8600 average miles
This tire made the same by three brands. Goodride, Westlake and Trazano. Very good in dry roads, and also good in the wet. Brake is good. Very comfort and good wear.

Continental EcoContact 6 rated 87% while driving a Toyota Unknown
Driving on a combination of roads for 45000 average miles
Conti eco contact 6, 165/70 R14T second set of them on my 98 Corolla. This set has 73000 Km done in one and half years. Town and highway traffic mostly. For normal everyday driving they seem perfect. Being a pure summer tire, they do feel a bit “soapy” when it gets below 5 degree Celsius so driving style needs to be adjusted. Other than that the grip is great dry and wet, fuel consumption is about half a litre per one hundred km less than the set of budget constancy tires I had a few years back. For normal driving above 5 degrees I can only recommend them.

Kumho Solus 4S HA32 rated 59% while driving a Subaru g3x Justy
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 spirited miles
A cheap name brand product was all I was seeking and these were the cheapest! They're not bad at anything but not great either, and so far have proved reliable. They do look good, a vast improvement on the Maxxis tires they replaced in all aspects, especially visually, not that that's important. Honestly if I could afford better, I would have bought a better product but I'm safely mobile and legal and that aim was achieved with these tires, something I wouldn't have got with some of the scary, nasty cheap stuff out there.

Starmaxx Tolero ST330 rated 38% while driving a Toyota Corolla AE101
Driving on mostly town for 8350 average miles
Very bad tires. Made in Turkey, its the same tire with Petlas PT311. Just only good in dry roads, but very dangerous in the wet, very noisy. Technology i think is 20 years back...

Sava Sava All Weather rated 66% while driving a Toyota Corolla AE101
Driving on mostly country roads for 5 average miles
This all weather tire is good in dry and wet roads if you drive normal. If you want sport tire dont look here. If you want winter tire 100% go in other tire category. Sava All Weather its most most better than old model summer Sava Perfecta.

Dynamo STREET H MH01 rated 99% while driving a SEAT Seat Mii
Driving on mostly country roads for 0 spirited miles
Absolutely fantastic tires, had to swap my horrible goodyear vector 4 seasons gen 2 for these great tires. I've always believed in sticking with the premium brands like Michelin, continental and Goodyear however.. Budget was tight and I needed a decent tire so I gave Dynamo Street MH1 a shot and I'm so happy with them. Being a partner brand of sailun I'm not surprised they do everything perfectly well. Dry grip is great it's never made me feel uneasy, wet grip is also a good point. Handling is to be expected it's very safe and secure it never feels like it's giving up grip. Overall I'm more than happy to stick with dynamo tires and avoid the premium brands. I should also note I thought I had a wheel bearing gone however it must've been the Goodyear vector 4 seasons gen 2 making the noise because ever since they've been gone the noise has vanished.
Dynamo tires are the way to go.
